We are constantly striving to make The Grammont a truly memorable vacation experience – a home you’ll yearn to come back to again and again. Here are just some of the upgrades for this summer! We’ve added new flat screen TVs in the Shabby Chic Room, Twin Bedroom and Downstairs Bedroom. There are new box springs and mattresses in the Twin Bedroom and Master. The Shabby Chic Room and Twin Bedroom have been redecorated, including new bedding and decorative pillows, and all of the bathrooms have new fabric shower curtain liners. We’ve also added some fun new touches in the living room and kitchen and outside, we have a brand new grill!
Gorgeous sunrises, local neighbors, fellow vacationers, beautiful waters, and romantic sunsets are anxiously awaiting your arrival.

The Grammont is located in the upscale beach community of Morgantown, just fifteen minutes west of Gulf Shores. There are two swimming pools and two tennis courts to enjoy, as well as a gorgeous pet-friendly beach. Additionally, Kiva Dunes Golf Club is just down the street. No more long walks to the beach either! The Grammont is located within steps of the boardwalk that leads directly to the sand, water, fun, and relaxation.

Our policy is simple: under-promise and over-deliver so as to give you the absolute best value in vacation rentals today. YOUR INVESTMENT
Prices include everything except Alabama state sales tax, a $49 damage waiver (gives you $1500 worth of accidental damage coverage during your stay), a small house cleaning fee of $125 and a linen charge ($25/bedroom and $10/bathroom) - which includes all your linens, bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels and even little soaps at all of the sinks. There is also a small amount of clothes detergent, dish liquid and dish washer soap.
There is a $50 cancellation fee up to 30 days prior to arrival.
To protect your investment, we also offer trip insurance from an AAAAA rated insurance company. We highly recommend you give it your consideration because, if you would have to cancel your trip for any reason, you'd receive a full refund for your rental.

Your home is lovely, it is everything you promised. My husband and I hope to return each year! The neighborhood is quiet and the pool very nice.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

What a great week at the beach! The house was just as described with a comfortable layout and was well maintained. The beach was only a short walk away. The location of this home was perfect. Just a short walk to the boardwalk and a clear view of the Gulf. Beautifully decorated. Abundance of decks and chairs. Nice sized kitchen that had most everything needed to cook. Home was immaculately clean. Free wi-fi which is a big plus for our family Downsides: tv reception. The house has satellite service but only a very limited channels are subscribed to and it was impossible for two people to take back to back showers because there would be no warm water for the second person. Shower heads could be replaced. Not the best water flow in any of the showers: just a painful stream. However on a scale of 1 to 10, my family would rank it a good 9 1/2. And how could I forget? Pet friendly. Makes it seem even more like home. I have recommended Relax on the Beach to many friends. I tell them it's a well-kept secret paradise.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: My name is Kevin Wendelburg. I am a property owner, a real estate investor, and an Alabama real estate agent committed to 100% customer satisfaction. I started RelaxontheBeach in 2004 because I knew that the vacation rental/property management business in Gulf Shores needed a complete overhaul. I purchased my first beach house in the early 2000's and immediately listed it with one of the larger property management firms in town. While I was thrilled that the house rented as well as it did, I was not happy with the draconian commission structure, poor cleaning standards, and slipshod maintenance. I began to advertise and manage my property on my own and I doubled rental revenue in the first 24 months of owning the property. Neighbors took note. I received phone calls. I received emails. How in the world, they wondered, was I able to generate so much traffic? Every weekend there was a car in my driveway. 'Simple' I said, 'treat every customer like family.'
