Please review the association rules. This association is geared for quiet enjoyment. We are providing a condensed overview of the rules. You will receive a complete set which you will need to agree to prior to your booking the unit. No more than 6 renters, including children, may occupy a unit at any given time. No extra visitors please.
1. No Pets.
2. Parking. maximum of two (2) automobiles at any one time at Crystal Shores East during their rental period. One assigned space.
3. No Trailers or large trucks.
4. NO SMOKING within the unit or the beach.
Docks are strictly for the purpose of boat access.
All children must be accompanied by an adult.
Renters of Crystal Shores East units may utilize the beaches of Crystal Shores East. However, renters may not invite additional guests to utilize the beaches of Crystal Shores East, and homeowners of other condo associations (i.e. Crystal Shores Villas and Crystal Shores West) may not utilize the beaches of Crystal Shores East.
Slips may be rented by the association from the harbor master to renters if they are renting a unit at the time.
Quiet Hours. Please be considerate and keep noise down after 10 p.m. and in the early mornings.
Crystal Shores West and The Villas Beaches. Please do NOT use the beaches, marina or breakwater at Crystal Shores West or The Villas. These are not our beaches and we are not permitted to use them.
Renter Compliance. All renters must comply with these rules. It is the individual homeowners’ responsibility to ensure the compliance of their renters. All renters must sign a copy of these rules and return them to the Crystal Shores East Association president or supervisor prior to taking occupancy of a homeowners’ unit.

NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Please note, this is a very nice place, the association will not allow "friends" in addition to the six maximum people allowed to occupy the unit. This is a beautiful condo. It is outfitted with all that you need to enjoy your vacation in Lake Tahoe. It is tucked away in a very private are and well taken care of. The views and pictures are just as they look on the website. You are close to a wonderful walking path and a short distance to casinos. It is the vacation you are looking for.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing.
