• Everything in unit is BRAND NEW (as of 2010). We stayed at Destin West for 5+ years before finally buying this unit. It is an awesome place for the kids. Plus, we have spared no expense in decorating the entire unit. Fresh paint in every room. Stressed Hardwood flooring in every bedroom. Backsplash in kitchen. Chandelier in Master over jacuzzi tub, Blue Ray players in every room.
• Finest of amenities: High Definition Flat Panel LCD TV's in EVERY room (HBO too), incl. digital LCD TV in the kitchen for watching while preparing meals or eating at the bar. Put cartoons on for the kids while feeding them. 52" in LR, 42" in Master, 32" in Queen and Bunk, 19" in kitchen.
• Awesome Patio View. This was a HUGE selling point when we bought this place. We've stayed in every type of condo at Destin West, and this is by far, one of the absolute best views you can get from any patio in any unit! Over 350 sq ft. of patio space. ON THE 6TH FLOOR! The pics really can't do it justice. You'll have a SWEET birds-eye view of the Bay, Lazy River, pools...everything at the complex!
• Blu-Ray players in every room & Digital Video Recorder (DVR) in Living Room: Record your favorite shows while you are out enjoying the beach.
• UNLIMITED NETFLIX MOVIE DOWNLOADS IN EVERY ROOM: No trips to Blockbuster! We're providing High Definition streaming movie downloads into EVERY BEDROOM & LIVING ROOM. Not the limited selection of On Demand, but thousands of HD titles from NetFlix (no adult titles allowed). 4 movies can be watched at the same time! No limits on how many you watch during your stay!
• Spacious quality furniture: Examples: Large Leather sectional in Liv Rm. KING Sleigh bed & Leather chase lounge in Master. Queen in 2nd BR. Ship motif bunk bed in 3 BR with sleeper lounge.
• GAME CENTER & PS3 GAME SYSTEM - We contracted out to have the bunk room modified just for the kids at night after they've come in from a long day swimming. It's always a hassle to carry a gaming console on vacation. Did you get all the cables? How about the game discs? So, to take the hassle away, we've provided a brand new Sony PS3 FOR YOU! Game discs are included (list provided on request). Kids have wireless controllers to play in High Definition on a PS3 console. Now that's AWESOME! This has been a favorite feature for our renters!
• BOSE® Home Theater Sound for an awesome theater movie experience in the Living Room. Lounge on the extra large leather sectional, download your favorite movie from NetFlix, and watch it on a 52 HD" LCD TV with Bose acoustic sound! Sweet!
• FREE DAILY BEACH SERVICE - One umbrella and 2 chairs provided. Based on a weekly rental, this would save you $250-$350! Available March 1st - October 31st only.
• DELL Computer with Internet, Word, and Excel applications - Large 17" monitor. Laser printer.
• KING bed in Master, QUEEN in 2nd BR, BUNK beds in 3rd BR. 1 Single pullout sleeper in living room and 1 Single pullout sleeper in Bunk room. Pullout beds sleep one person each. TOTAL of 6 in beds and 2 on single sleepers. Large sectional couch(not a sofa bed) can sleep 1-2 additional people.

Or if the ocean is your preference, cross over on the bridge to enjoy the large Olympic size swimming pool and the white sands and ocean waters.
• Nearby are surfboard lessons, jet ski rentals, parasail rides, helicopter rides, theme parks, putt-putt golf, bungi jumping, go cart rides, beach service, amazing golf courses, kayak rentals, boogie board rentals...a seemingless selection of rides, attractions, and ocean activities.
Are there cheaper units? Yes. But you get what you pay for. If you want that little extra in your vacation condo, we have it. If we don't we'll try to get it for you.

We visited this condo with another family of four and we all enjoyed ourselves immensly. The condo is so pretty, decorated so nicely and has all the comforts of home. Our children were THRILLED with the "game room" option and this kept them busy while we were preparing meals. We also enjoyed having the option to download Netflix movies during the late evenings and early mornings. The lazy river was perfect for the kids. We could barely convince them to leave to go to the beach! The only downfall for us would have been the beach at the resort. There was quite a bit of seaweed and the waves were very rough for the kids. Luckily there is a free public beach only a mile down the road with calm, clean water which we loved. I only wish we would have discovered it earlier in our trip. We will definitely stay in this condo again if we have the chance to visit Destin in the future!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this beautifully decorated condo. The property was very clean and well maintained. We have two teenagers and having so much extra room in the condo was great for all of us. Instead of driving to restaurants, we were able to cook all our meals at the condo and had every cooking gadget and pot and pan that we needed. This allowed us to have more time together to walk on the beach and play in the lazy river. The complimentary umbrella and 2 chairs on the beach were a great asset and allowed us to get out of the sun. The owner, Tim, was so easy to contact and he answered our questions promptly. It was great to know that he was available if we had problems. We also liked the fact that Tim had such an easy check-in and out procedure, no lines to wait in. We will recommend this condo to friends and would love to come back and stay in this unit on our next visit to Florida. All we can say is the condo was great, the lazy river was so relaxing, and the beach was only a short walk away; which allowed us to have a great time as a family.

From the moment we first contacted Tim, the owner, we knew we were in for 5 star treatment. Working with Tim was a pleasure - he answered all of our questions quickly and provided all the information that we needed to make our stay wonderful. The unit is exactly as it appears in the photos - fantastic! The renovated kitchen, hardwood floors and furnishings are all top notch. We had four children and four adults staying in the unit and there was plenty of space to move around and feel at home. The beach was beautiful but is about a 5 to 10 minute walk - we had two Radio Flyer wagons to haul the kids and all their stuff and it worked out perfectly. The lazy river was a nice break from the beach. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we look forward to returning in the future.

I spent 9 nights there with my wife and 3 children. We thoroughly enjoyed the condo. The condo was impeccable with the latest amenities from flat screens in every room to netflix. We enjoyed the lazy river and pools so much we barely went to the beach. It is located on a quiet part of the beach but close access to everything. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Our stay was June 15 to June 26th, and we enjoyed ourselves in this beautiful condo! It looks just like the pictures, so no surprises. Very clean, it felt just like home. Well equipped kitchen, very comfy beds,plenty of TV's for all to have their own space when needed. The balcony is huge, we spent many mornings and evenings enjoying the beautiful views. The sunsets on the bay were a sight to behold! The buildings and common areas are kept very clean, pools also very clean. Beach is about 5-10 minute walk, but the skywalk makes it very safe. The lazy river was very popular with families, kids love it! The condo has a great view of the pools and lazy river. and its especially pretty at night! We would definitely recommend this condo. It is so lovingly decorated, we wouldn't expect many condos would have the same attention to detail. And Tim and Cherry set up everything up so that arrival was a breeze, we were able to get right in and relax. There are great restaurants nearby, The Black Pearl was especially good! Close to everything you might need, and just about anything you would want to do...we loved it!

We stayed here after Christmas and were very comfortable with the well equipped kitchen, spacious master bedroom, and inviting living room with big leather couch. Our family of five had plenty of room.There were HD televisions in all the rooms. It has a great view of the bay and the lazy river below. We enjoyed the outlet shopping and seafood restaurants!

We stayed in this beautiful condo over the Labor Day holiday and it was the perfect vacation! The condo was very clean and had a gorgeous view of not only the pool and lazy river, but also the bay. Our children loved the lazy river and the splash park, almost more than the beach. The PS3 was also a big hit!! Dealing with the owners and their local contact was a pleasant interaction, and they provided the ultimate in customer service. We are already trying to decide when we will be visiting next! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!!
