VILLA DEL OLAS is situated on a spectacular OCEAN FRONT allotment which provides the Villa & Casita with SENSATIONAL OCEAN and COAST VIEWS and also allows direct access to the Atami Club resident only PRIVATE BEACH. Villa Del Olas is IDEAL as an EXCLUSIVE rental for FAMILIES , GROUPS, RETREATS and SURFERS alike.

The architect deigned spacious Villa has 5 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 13 in comfort.

The totally separate and fully self contained spacious oceanfront Casita with very high ceilings and Palapa roof sleeps 2 in a romantic setting complete with 4 poster bed and can be rented separately.

The whole complex can accommodate a maximum of 15 people in a well designed and spacious luxurious setting.

The property is 5 levels in total from the street to the ocean cliff where there is private stairs that provide low tide access to the rock pools and beach below.

On the first 3 levels is the 3000 square foot luxury villa. At the entrance level is parking and the beautiful entrance foyer as well as the studio chapel room. There is also a 1000 square ft roof garden, which makes an excellent group room for yoga, meditation or simply entertaining or hanging out in the hammocks

The 400 sq ft master suite with large en-suite sleeps 2 and can be configured as two king singles or one king .The adjacent sitting room with one double sofa bed and one single bed can sleep 3 and would share the master en-suite. Downstairs the en-suite bedrooms both have a double and the possibility of adding a daybed to each means they can sleep up to 3 in each or the rooms. The smaller chapel room sleeps up to 2 using a sofa bed and has a bathroom across the hall.

The fourth level has the tropical gardens and the elevated swimming pool.

The private beach and the ocean can be directly accessed by stairs from the casita level and you can walk around the headland to ocean pools

Villa Del Olas is perfectly situated for surfers. You can walk for 5 mins around the headland path to Palmarcito beach which often has a nice wave that you will have to yourself! All of the other respected breaks such as K61, K59 El Zonte, Sunzal, La Bocana, Punta Roca, and La Paz are all easily accessible.

There is a daily house cleaning and pool service included in all the rates quoted

Airport Transfers;

Meet and greet at airport on arrival and departure from Villa Del Olas in air conditioned mini van or SUV with English speaking driver (max 8 persons per vehicle ) can be arranged.

Car Hire;

We can arrange for hire of a car for you and have it delivered to Villa Del Olas for as long as you would like it for.

Catering, Cooking and Restaurants;

It is possible to arrange for cooking of all or some daily meals. Arrangements can also be made for a private driver to take you to the nearby modern and well stocked supermarket as well as the local seafood markets where you can shop for your own groceries.
There are also many opportunities to dine out whilst you are staying at Villa Del Olas all of which are within 10 minutes drive. We can provide a door to door service to many of these establishments. The nearby village of El Tunco has everything from Pupusa to pizza or if you desire more luxurious surroundings and fare, the taste sensations of the much revered Betos restaurant is also located nearby.

Surfing;

Right in front of Villa Del Olas is a point break that if the swell direction and size are right will provide the more experienced surfer a satisfying session and usually with out having to share the fun, or take an easy 5 minute walk around the scenic headland pathway past the ocean pools to Palmarcito where there is almost always a good wave to be had.

A local guide can be provided to drive you to and orientate you with any or all of the excellent locations on offer within a 10klm radius of Villa Las Olas such as Mizata , K61 , K59 , El Zonte, Sunzal , Bocanita , Bocana , La Paz and Punta Roca. Lessons for beginners are also available.

If you’re up for an adventure then an overnight or longer “Surfari” can be arranged to the more remote and often epic Punta Mango and Las Flores breaks.

Yoga;

We can arrange for private Yoga classes on site here at Villa Del Olas that will satisfy all Yoga enthusiasts from beginner to advanced students. The rooftop terrace is ideal as a location for the practice of Yoga as the ocean sounds and cool breezes engulf your senses and help transport you, mind body and soul to discover your inner peace.

Spanish Lessons;

Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced level classes can be provided on site at Villa Del Olas thanks to our association with a local language school.

Sight Seeing Tours;

Personalised single or multi day tours with bi-lingual, professional and fully certified guide to the many cultural, archaeological and geographical locations of El Salvador, Honduras and Guatemala are offered again thanks to our association with a local touring company. City & Shopping Tours;

The capitol San Salvador is 45 minutes away with first class shopping and many bargain opportunities. A day trip or overnight stay complete with bi-lingual guide, transportation, city and shopping tour can be easily arranged.
