You are walking distance to the Louvre, the d'Orsay, the Tuileries and the Eiffel Tower, including Saint Germain, and of course to all the designers'shop Avenue Montaigne and Rue du Faubourg St. Honore.
Right outside the apartment are theaters, movies, restaurants and night clubs (on the Champs Elysees!).
This unit has been fully rebuilt this year and is a real jewel. The high quality of the remodeling was thought first for your comfort!
The living room has floor to ceiling sliding doors window and opens to a small balcony, facing West. The American kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom is fully tiled with mirrors and it has a large stall shower with a towel warmer. It has hardwood floors throughout. The bedroom is large with great lights and sliding door to the hallway. Top quality mattress in a Queen size bed. Nice size closet.
A full size sofa bed in the living room could greet one of your friend or teenager kid!
Two subway lines (1 and 9) are 1/2 a block away, including all the buses and the Rond Point des Champs Elysees parking for your car, if needed (fee). |
