My husband and I had been traveling for two weeks prior to arriving in Paris. The junior suite on Franklin D. Roosevelt was a welcome sight. The apartment was exceptionally appointed with every amenity that one would need or desire...and great WiFi and phone service too. Each evening we enjoyed a glass of wine and watched the Eiffel Tower twinkle to life....what a view! The suite was modern, chic, and true to the pictures and description. The building was secure, and conveniently located to the metro, markets and sightseeing. The building and property was always clean and well maintained. Catherine was prompt to answer any questions by call or email and to greet us. I have already recommended this property to several couples and business associates. We had an awesome month of travel in France and the apartment was a romantic touch to our trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We have stayed in many apartments all over the world and this one was one of the best, if not the best one we have ever stayed in! It was very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed and then more. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The location was unbelievable. We walked to many of the historical sites right from our apartment. If we needed to take the Metro, there was a stop just a very short distance down our street. We would recommend this apartment to anyone with no hesitation and we would definitely stay there again on our next trip to Paris. Having a wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower from our living room was the "icing on the cake"!

We can't possibly find the words to TRULY describe how wonderful our stay was in this apartment, but I'll try. First and foremost, it was maticulously clean...important to us. Also, it's a "picture perfect" location for a number of reasons. First and foremost, viewing the beautiful Eiffel Tower day and night is a real treat. Every evening, every hour on the hour, the Tower puts on a magnificent light show. Another reason is that from the apartment it's a simple, short walk to the metro which takes you to all the sites in Paris. Thanks to WIFI in the apartment, I was able to research everything prior to visiting (i.e., hours, exhibits, admission, directions) the sites. For those who care, the bed is super comfortable and the pillows are great! Thanks to the built-in lighting throughout the apartment, we were able to brighten or dim the lights, depending on the mood we wanted to experience. That, coupled with the Eiffel Tower and the bottle of wine Catherine so kindly provided, made for an extremely romantic atmosphere. After all, it's Paris....you must fall in love again! And, we did do just that, celebrating our 30th Anniversary! Added to all of this, Catherine has a wonderful assistant, Maeva, who was extremely accommodating, helpful and professional. Before and during our stay, Catherine went out of her way to answer all the "little" details I kept thinking of. She never failed to email me back on a timely basis. Also, we received our refundable security deposit back in no time. Bottom line....it doesn't get any better than this! Julie & Syd (NY, FL, & MA)

Catherine, My daughter and I stayed in your lovely apartment last week, and can't thank you enough! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and included everything we could possibly need. This apartment and it's wonderful and thoughtful owner was a great experience for our first visit to Paris. All accomodations were tres comfortable and a great value. The view of the Eiffel Tower and the convenience of the apartment as a whole to the attractions of Paris cannot be compared. In addition to preparing a simple and easy to use reference book to answer all possible questions and concerns regarding the apartment and Paris, Madame Catherine greeted us affectionately and gave us a personal introduction to the property, including contacts to answer our questions (we had none) if there were issues. She also arranged for a taxi to pick us up at the apartment to insure our transfer to the airport was seamless. We recommend most highly this apartment and Madame Catherine for a comfortable stay in Paris and a reliable and engaged owner whom we pray we will have the pleasure of using again soon.

I spent a month in Catherine's charming and comfortable apartment. It was equipped with everything you could possible need and the bed was a dream. My husband had to remain in California because of business and the "free" telephone was wonderful because we could talk several times. My daughter and granddaughter were there for 5 days and the convertible bed worked out well. I've traveled alone in the US for business, but this was the first for me in a foreign country where I was not fluent in the language. The Metro was so close, as well as quality restaurants, grocery, bakery, etc.. The area is one of the top locations in Paris and the building is very secure. Couldn't ask for more. Catherine is a very gracious lady and hostess. The picture above is accurate as well as the description. Where else are you going to get an excellent location and view.? Initially I was concerned about not being fluent in French, but found that I was able to communicate fine in most of Paris, and, of course, Catherine was helpful in getting me a taxi when I left.
