  We stayed in the Changing Tides one bedroom unit for the month of Feb. and found it to be very clean, spacious, tastefully decorated, and well equipped. The listing description and photos are all accurate, but do not include the lovely backyard outdoor patio and grill area, which we used a lot. The back patio borders an open lot, giving it a spacious feel, and trees and shrubs provide some privacy. The unit and grounds are very well maintained and the owners are extremely accomodating. The unit had good storage space, which is important to us for golf and scuba diving equipment. The location of the unit is very good, with a very nice beach at the end of the road. The Publix grocery store and liquor store and the Beach Fish Market are all within walking distance, so it would be possible to stay there without a car. We'd recommend the Pompano Dive Center, also close by. We highly recommend this property and it was superior to our past two rentals in the same price range in this area.

  We spent 3 months in a newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment in Pompano Beach and could not have hoped for better accommodations. The apartment is roomy, stylish, comfortable, immaculately clean and very well equipped. The helpful, friendly owners went out of their way to ensure that all our housing needs were met. The apartment and its owners surpassed all our expectations. Bravo David and Tim – see you next year!

  I rented an extraordinarily nice newly renovated one bedroom apartment located in Pompano Beach from David Smith from 3/18/12- 4/17/12. David keeps this property in near perfect condition and is very cooperative and helpful. I strongly recommend that you rent this very clean large one bedroom apartment. It is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Palaces have marble floors and so does this apartment in every room as well as crown moldings. A partial list of features include: A large flat sceen TV with upgraded cable and a cd player, cherry kitchen cabinets, full size refrigerator, new stove & microwave,dishes, flatware, nice pots and pans, all kinds of cooking utensils, central air conditioning, handsome rugs, wall tapestry, handsome wood bedroom furniture, quality ceiling fans and lights, walk in bedroom closet, granite bathroom vanity top, high end medicine cabinet including toiletries, garbage disposal, good looking living room furniture as well as a nice dining table for four. The queen size wood bed with wood headboard is comfortable. The beach is a five minute walk. Easily carried beach chairs, towels and books are all provided. There is also a comfortable patio with a new propane grill and grilling utensils. Also provided are plastic dishes and glasses for use on the hard surfaced patio as well as two patio tables with comfortable seating. A large clean laundry room with counter space, free detergent and bleach as well as a full size washer and dryer are included. There is also a front lawn and a covered front patio with bench. Free parking is included. A new Publix supermarket is now open and is a five minute drive on Atlantic Blvd. in Pompano Beach. A drugstore and several restaurants are very nearby. This home is in a quiet location between the intracostal waterway and the well maintained free large sand beaches of the clean ocean. I also saw the other one bedroom and efficiency at the same address. They are both very nice although not as large.

  enjoyed our stay, only draw back, we do like to be on the ocean & have a pool, but the price was right. Location was very convenient, and unit had everything you could need. Landlord was always available if needed for any minor issue.

  I stayed in the efficiency for just over a month (there are also 1 B/R apartments), and would highly recommend this property. It actually looks better than the pictures! It is newly and nicely renovated and furnished, very clean, with everything you could need for your stay - including such little touches as providing laundry detergent for the washer & dryer sheets for the dryer. Towels are cushy LL Bean ones, not thin hotel towels, and the sheets are of a similar high (soft) quality. David, the property owner, works hard to make sure everything is perfect, and it shows. Every morning I would walk to the beach with my coffee and watch the sun rise. I can't think of a more perfect way to start the day, and it's so easy from this location. If I ever come back to the area I would definitely stay here again.

  Luxurious in all respects, just as portrayed. Hosts were most accommodating, all needs met. Attractions are too many to mention. One word, Paradise.
