Prime location! Old Florida Beach - gated community south of Scenic 30A in Santa Rosa Beach. Just south of Goat Feathers restaurant. This home is 2 minutes from the gulf place town center where you will find several locally owned and operated restaurants and shops as well as side walk festivals all spring and summer long! If you want to shoot into Destin to visit the outlet mall or water park your just a straight shot down highway 98 from all the action (10 minute drive)
The downstairs has the bunk room which also has a queen bed along with a full bath shared by the rest of the downstairs. The pool has easy access from this floor and offers a large pool deck and is heated for the cooler months. (All but summer)
The 2nd Floor has the large master suite with excellent views of the gulf and additional sleeping with a sofa sleeper. Also, has a flat screen TV with large open porch. The master bath has a garden tub with jets, walk-in shower. The 3rd bedroom and bath is also located on this level with a master bed.
The 3rd level also has a king bed and private bath with the best view in the house.
*add $25.00 per day to heat pool (available Oct-April if needed)
