Blue Water Views 12 is a modern large three bedroom apartment all on one level that overlooks the communal pool. (There are 3 steps to the front door). Inside the accommodation provides everything that a family require on a holiday to Hamilton Island. The open plan kitchen area features ceaserstone benchtops, stainless steel appliances including dishwasher and microwave. The main living area opens out onto the covered entertaining area over looking the water with a flat screen TV and an extra bar fridge. Spa bath on balcony. Waking in the morning to these views should not be too hard in the main bedroom suite. Here you will find a flat screen TV, air conditioning, ceiling fans, a huge walk in robe and a neat ensuite shower room. Bedroom 2 again encompasses these views with the outside spa just outside your bedroom door, another large walk in robe, air conditioning and ceiling fan. The 3rd bedroom is at the rear of the apartment with mirrored robes, air conditioning and fans. A bathroom with a walk in shower services this area.
