Situated in a peaceful and tranquil location, the beautiful garden of the villa has roses, lilacs, olive trees, and a well-tended lawn area. There is a covered patio furnished with a table, chairs, and a gas-fired barbecue grill situated in front of the private swimming pool. The private swimming pool (12m x 9m), which is in accordance with the child protection law in France, has an area of sun loungers and umbrellas. The pool is open from early May to the end of October. A private pathway leads to the villa and parking is available for up to five cars.
