The private swimming pool (12m x 6m) is surrounded by sun loungers, chairs, and umbrellas as well as a grass-landscaped lawn with trees. Parking is available within the property grounds.

Ground floor: The large living room is furnished with couches, chairs, and a fireplace and has a staircase leading up to the first floor. There is a dining room with a table and chairs and the kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There are two bedrooms on this floor. The first bedroom has a 160 cm queen-sized bed, views over the garden, and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. The second bedroom has a 160 cm queen-sized bed and the second bathroom has a sink, toilet, and tub with a handheld shower. Next to the kitchen is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. First floor: The staircase from the living room leads up to a landing with bench seating and onto a room with two couches. There are also three bedrooms on this floor. The first bedroom has a 160 cm queen-sized bed and the second and third bedrooms each have two 90 cm single beds. There is one bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower.
