EXCELLENT VALUE– Sleeps up to eight: Located at the beautiful Fawn Valley Inn, this two-bedroom, three-bath condo offers all the amenities of home with beautiful mountain and river views.
This spacious condo has a king bed in one bedroom, queen bed in the second bedroom, plus a queen-size futon and a full-size futon in the living room. There is a full kitchen, large dining table, living room with gas fireplace, cable TV with DVD player, phone, free wireless Internet and large deck overlooking the beautiful Fall River.
Enjoy the large, community hot tub year-round, and the heated swimming pool (open Memorial Day to Labor Day). Fishing is permitted in the river and we stock it with trout regularly. You may rent DVD movies from our large movie library (over 1,200 movies) at no charge.
This condo is only one mile to the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and a short drive to dining, shopping and all the activities in Estes Park. It is common to see wildlife wandering on our property.
The full kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware and cookware and has a dishwasher, full-size refrigerator and oven. All towels, linens, paper products, soap and shampoo are provided. There is no charge for utilities, wireless Internet, local phone calls or parking. There is no cleaning fee.
Just come and enjoy the beautiful mountains, waterfalls, wildlife and endless hiking trails in Rocky Mountain National Park. And don’t forget your camera. This condo sleeps up to eight people (add $15 per person, per night over six people). Unit 302.
