It was lovely to arrive to find that fans were running and that the condo was set to a comfortable temperature. The condo is very lovely, furniture in good shape, and the hot tub easy to use. The kitchen is supplied with the basics; we would have appreciated a few more pots (e.g. a large pasta pot) and some laundry detergent for the machines. We arrived after 6:00 when the office is no longer staffed. But we could make do with what was availalbe. Overall, this was an excellent rental and we would definitely stay here again.

I should have read, but I thought the 2nd bathroom was upstairs with the other 2 bedrooms, but it worked out. We stuck the younger couple upstairs.

Great location!

This was a wonderful property for our family! The location is perfect for quick access into the park and also downtown activities. We all enjoyed the breathtaking views from the hot tub. Great experience!

Great time in the Rockies

The place was great. Very conveniently located. The grand kids loved the pool and the hot tub. The place itself was very comfortable and clean. We had a great time.

Very nice place in very close to the park entrance

A very pretty area. We had a couple elk come down to visit every morning. The place was clean, comfortable and quiet. Everything we needed was there including a private hot tub.

We loved the deck and spent a lot of time there due to the warmer weather. The kitchen was well stocked for a VRBO with a nice sized refrigerator. The heated pool was great and cleaned daily - plus towels were provided. Great location - minutes to town and RMNP. We had Elk visit the property twice while we were there which was exciting. Two rooms had window air conditioning but one room did not. The large fan in the bedroom without the window air was too loud to run while trying to sleep. We did not like the size of the table in the kitchen. The kitchen would have been of adequate size but the large table and (only 5) large chairs made it difficult to get to/into the refrigerator and in and out of the kitchen when people were sitting at the table. The front-end washer needed cleaned - observed & smelled mildew - as happens to front-end washers (we have contacted the management company to let them know so it's likely they will resolve it.) Having the 2nd bathroom on the 1st floor was inconvenient. This wasn't mentioned in the property description and no pictures were shown of it. I only knew of this inconvenience by reading other reviews.

Nice duplex.

Second time I stayed at this property. First time with 6 other ladies in the fall. Second time with family, spouse son, daughter in-law and 4 grandkids! Enjoyed both times. Clean, friendly management and good location.

Clean duplex with a great view

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was incredibly clean, spacious, has great views, and is close to RMNP and downtown Estes Park. The only comment we have is that the pullout couch in the living room was missing springs in one corner. Overall, we would stay here again.

Family Vac

We loved the Chalet. It was easy access to where we needed to be. The chalet was very clean. We enjoyed the hot tub after a day of hiking and sightseeing. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Estes Park!!!

Great girls (40 somethings) getaway

Great place in great location. Not fancy but everything you need. Very clean and super comfortable beds. Hottub was wonderful! A lamp was broken in one of the bedrooms and once reported, it was immediately replaced with new lamp. Awesome stay overall!

Hiking trip

This was a good location to get into various parts of RMNP to hike. The cabin fit 3 couples comfortably. The kitchen was a bit small but nice to do meals in rather than going out to eat all the time. Overall clean and comfortable.

Great mountain getaway

We loved staying at the Timber Creek chalets. The chalet we stayed in was the perfect location to everything we wanted to do. Estes Park in one direction and Rocky Mtn National Park in the other. The hot tub was perfect after our long days of hiking. The chalet we stayed in was more secluded when we were in the hot tub or on the deck which was nice. The kids loved the heated pool. It had everything we needed and more.

Perfect for our pre-wedding weekend!

I visited with my friends as we celebrated an upcoming wedding in Iceland with the bride! Place was clean, good value, great location and we loved the personal hot tub! Our only comments would be that furniture is a little big for the space, and the pullout definitely needs updating. Highly recommend.

Host was slow getting back but it was decent Bathroom tub issues were a nightmare but finally on the next to the last day we got our stoppers.The hot tub was nice but would not get warm enough to stay in it for very long, so have the temp controls looked at because the water got chilly quick!The cabin itself was nice and pretty clean!Good view and location. We might go back again but would probably look for a nicer set up on the ammenties! You better plan to bring any and all food - they provide nothing , not even simple basic condiments!Not bad but definitely not Great....

We have multiple ways for you to contact us, including a twenty-four hour emergency line. We reviewed our hot tub logs during your stay and the temperature of your hot tub was to temperature each day with the exception of one day. Unfortunately, if hot tub policies are not followed, it would be expected that the temperature would fall by a few degrees. However, temperatures quickly recover when corrections are made. We don’t provide items such ketchup, mustard, mayo, etc. However, we do provide spice packets, olive oil packets, and seasonally offer popcorn and hot chocolate. We are glad you took advantage of our Guest Service program to request and receive additional spice packets, olive oil, and popcorn during your stay. We value our guests’ feedback and again appreciate your input. Jamie

Very quiet

Very quiet, peaceful evenings in the hot tub. Great for three guests to each have their own room ceiling fan in upstairs bedroom needs attention. Bearings are going out plenty of extra fans in each room, which was nice.
