Shai: Thank you for taking the time to share a review. We are sorry if you felt that we did not respond quick enough to your requests. We have multiple ways for you to contact us, including a twenty-four hour emergency line. We reviewed our hot tub logs during your stay and the temperature of your hot tub was to temperature each day with the exception of one day. Unfortunately, if hot tub policies are not followed, it would be expected that the temperature would fall by a few degrees. However, temperatures quickly recover when corrections are made. We don’t provide items such ketchup, mustard, mayo, etc. However, we do provide spice packets, olive oil packets, and seasonally offer popcorn and hot chocolate. We are glad you took advantage of our Guest Service program to request and receive additional spice packets, olive oil, and popcorn during your stay. We value our guests’ feedback and again appreciate your input. Jamie
