Welcome to "LongView," your private St. Thomas Get-Away Villa. We are pleased to announce the complete renovation and upgrade of this property. We are proud to reintroduce LongView as a luxury villa.

Our Villa is nestled on the hills of the Peterborg Peninsula facing warm Atlantic trade breezes, surrounded by the sound of waves on the rocks below. LongView is only five minutes away from world-famous Magens Bay Beach.

Wake to spectacular ocean vistas and magnificent Caribbean sunrises over St. John and the British Virgin Islands. This Villa earned its name with spectacular ocean views from every room. Step out of the main living area or either bedroom onto the large gallery (balcony) extending the length of the house.

Lounge there on comfortable furniture and enjoy the magnificent vista. The down island view includes the famous "Devil's Triangle" of Mahogany Run Golf Course. Pass through the gate from the gallery to the two-tier deck. On the lower deck, sun on reclining lounge chairs and when ready, slip into your own private pool.

On the adjoining upper deck, grill and enjoy a perfect evening meal. This deck is shaded by tropical trees and overlooks the beautifully landscaped front yard. Many unique tropical plants and the surrounding natural stone wall guarantee your privacy in paradise.

  • Longview is an awesome "getaway" to the USVI's. The view from the balcony of Hans Lollick, St. John's and Tortola will convince you that you are in paradise. No need to leave once you get there, the ammenities are perfect. Only thing you need to pack is a toothbrush and bathing suit. We brought our wedding party down to Longview in May of'05 for 10 days...and did not want to leave. We are already planning another trip back. We spent quite a bit of time at the pool, and on the deck cooking out and taking in the nice ocean breeze. You'll want to be awake early to catch the sunrises. If you truly want to get away we highly reccomend this villa.

  • Our family has had the wonderful opportunity to stay at Longview for the past two summers. They have been wonderful vacations and this house has been the biggest reason for our enjoyment. Longview offers a view that will stay with you the rest of your life. You would be happy here even if you never left the house and saw the rest of the island! The living space is large and provided us with all the comforts of home. We loved the kitchen and enjoyed being able to have more meals at "home" and to be able to prepare for picnics all over the islands. The pool and hot tub are fabulous! It was great to look out over the ocean as we lounged in the pool! The bedrooms were comfortable and large and the breeze off the ocean as we slept was truly marvelous. We had total privacy as well! Staying in such comfort made our stay in St. Thomas perfect. This family can't wait to go back!
