  First off I want to start by saying this was a quick beach stopover trip for my teenage daughter and myself on our way to Disney World soccer tournament. We stayed for 2 nights and loved the location of this condo! Just a 5 min drive to Destin boardwalk/pier area and a few minutes farther to Destin Commons shopping area. About 3 miles from this condo is a quaint local seafood restaurant, Original Crab Shack with THE BEST seafood gumbo! Also, if you prefer to do your own cooking you should pick up fresh seafood from Sexton's Seafood Market. It's across the boardwalk area as you cross into old Destin on 98, just 5-8 min drive. We also enjoyed driving to Sea Side area for shopping & eating at the food carts. It's about a 25 min drive east, 98 to 30A. Grab a Frostbite for dessert at food cart but you have to try the fish tacos at the Taco Bar. Ann & Bill were great to work with & supplied us with helpful information about the area. The property was clean and neatly maintained. This particular condo's interior decor was so charming and comfortable, very nicely appointed. The bedding was plush and allowed us a great couple of nights sleep. I would highly recommend this property to my friends & family, in fact I already have. I look forward to my return visit!

  Owners were a pleasure to work with, excellent communication! My mother (and family members)stayed in the condo above us, and they threatened to toss us out and take over this beautiful clean condo. Just like home, we enjoyed a jameson mattress, egyptian cotton sheets, luxurious white bath towels,4 flat screens and trendy decor. The wall colors were soothing, the condo smelled so good everytime we entered. Tracking in a little sand is unavoidable, the tile floors were easy to keep clean with the vacuum provided, took me 5 minutes to clean up. The ice maker made enough ice for our daily morning beach cooler, and kitchen is state of the art. The owners of this condo have created a wonderful vacation hot spot! Pool, hot tub, gym, and even the elevators were very clean. The owners pay for beach service!!!!!! The beach attendant was so sweet! I will book with Ann and Bill next year if my mother dosen't beat me to the punch!

  What a great vacation we had at your place! The condo was spacious, clean and very well stocked. Everything was there that we needed. The view of the ocean was amazing. Watching the dolphins each morning was one of our favorites! The location to the ocean was perfect, we were on the beach within a minute. We will definitely be back!

  We are so glad we chose this condo. It was immaculate, beautifully decorated and the view - spectacular! It was even better than we expected - the pictures really don't do this property justice. We so enjoyed the comfy outdoor furniture on the balcony in the evening and the complimentary beach service (chairs and umbrella) while soaking up the sun during the day. The owners are also a joy to work with - so pleasant and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property.

  This is an absolutely beautiful unit. The beach colors used throughout extend your view right to the beach..it's paradise! Everything is new and comfy. We love being so close to the Gulf and have seen dolphins. Building is well-maintained with heated, 3-4ft deep pool and hot tub. Owner has been very helpful and wants guests stay to be "perfect.". Quiet area with great beach and neighborhood walking.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
