This secluded, elegant neighborhood offers fabulous amenities right in Destin. The Destiny Yacht Club is an owner's clubhouse with a fully equipped workout room, meeting areas, and kitchen, as well as restroom and shower facilities for the pool.
A dramatic waterfall cascades into the 75 foot by 35 foot swimming pool. The club's spacious patios and outdoor grill provide a lovely setting for entertaining. Spend an afternoon fishing in the 22-acre Lake Destiny. Watch glorious sunsets from a scenic gazebo overlooking Lake Destiny and the Gulf of Mexico.
The house has master bedrooms on the first and second floors. A 'kid's room' with two sets of bunks allow for a large family or two families to sleep comfortably. Just steps to the pool and tennis court makes this location very convenient.
Destiny West also enjoys easy access to James Lee Wayside Park, with its outstanding public beach facilities including dune walkovers, restrooms, showers and covered picnic areas. While you are there, enjoy a view of the Gulf with lunch or dinner at one of the area's most popular waterfront restaurants, The Crab Trap.

This is a wonderful vacation home. It is a very well manicured, gated neighborhood, right across the street from the beach, and CLOSE to a wide choice of local and chain restaurants/shopping. The home is very well maintained and clean--the pictures don't do the home justice! The home is very spacious and noise was buffered very well no matter where you were in the house. The kitchen had EVERYTHING you needed. I was travelling for business and found this home for well below my per diem costs. My husband and I decided to pack up the dog and make a vacation out of it--We have nothing but rave reviews for this home, AND the location!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
