This is a luxury home, full of amenities. Built in 2004, it has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and sleeps 6. It is steps to the ocean and a short walk to the tidepools, on a quiet dead end residential street.
The home is built on two levels, plus a rooftop deck with a spa and panoramic ocean and mountain views. The ground floor has two bedrooms, bath, large living room with flat panel TV with Netflix access, and a laundry room with washer and dryer. The downstairs bathroom has a tub/shower, and granite countertops. The master suite is upstairs, with flat screen TV and cozy fireplace. Adjoining the master bedroom is a modern bathroom, with large shower with designer tiles using soft water, and granite countertops for dual sinks.
The kitchen is upstairs and has all the modern appliances including subzero refrigerator, dishwasher, and Decor convection gas oven and cooktop. It is fully supplied with kitchenware, to make cooking a pleasure and a Bosch dishwasher to help you clean afterwards..The upstairs living room has a partial ocean view, as well as a gas fireplace. Step out on the deck adjacent the kitchen, and you will find an ocean view, perfect for settling in for a relaxing glass (or two!) of wine at the end of the day, or barbequeing.
Follow the stairs to the rooftop deck, which has a relaxing hot tub and outdoor dining set Enjoy the 360 degree views of the ocean and nearby hills.

What a beautiful and peaceful pace to stay... HIghly recommend this lovely home and it's kind owners. Absolutely amazing.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

The house is absolutely beautiful, more than the photos show. Great floor plan with bottom floor having 2 good sized bedrooms, living area with large TV, full bathroom and laundry room, main floor with living area with floor to ceiling windows that look out to the ocean, well stocked upscale kitchen, large deck off dining area and beautiful master suite and bathroom with private balcony. Then there's the roof top deck...just amazing with hot tub and views forever. We watched the full moon rise over us as we sat in the hot tub while the city lights glowed on the mountains to the east and the panoramic ocean views to the west. The decor is very tasteful and the house is situated on an upscale dead end street, so there is minimal traffic. The end of the street has a bench to sit and look over the ocean and you can walk along a short path to a park and the beach. There are many restaurants in walking distance. The house would be perfect for 2 couples or family with teens. The owners are very nice and concerned that everything is as expected. The house is very clean and well kept. We would love to stay again and definitely recommend the beach house.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

The house was perfect for our Thanksgiving get together in Shell Beach; it was relaxing and comfortable. It is a quiet friendly neighborhood and the setting is paradise. The beach is only a short walk from the house. There are plenty of nice places to eat and drink within walking distance house. The location was also great for short trips to Pismo Beach, San Luis Obispo, and the wine country of Paso Robles to the north. I would high recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit the area.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

A very beautiful home in an amazing area! The owners were very prompt and easy to communicate with. The house is very well kept and very nicely appointed. We could not have asked for a better vacation. Thank you for sharing it with us, we hope to come back soon!Recommended for: Romantic getaway.
