About this property

Our "Beckham Villa" in the gated Terra Verde Resort Community is only 15 minutes from Disney World's main gate.
Located a short 2 minute walk from the award winning clubhouse, this two-story villa features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths along with a private back patio and hot tub. The unit is fully furnished, complete with bed linens, towels and a full kitchen.

The bedroom layout is:
Master bedroom - queen size bed and ensuite bathroom
Guest bedroom 1 - double size bed
Guest bedroom 2 - twin beds x 2
A full bathroom is located in the hallway for the guest bedrooms.
Wi-Fi and cable are included with your rental with TVs in all 3 bedrooms and living room.
Full supplies are provided including but not limited to bed linens, towels, kitchen equipment, and serving ware.
The full kitchen has the standard appliances (stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher), pots and pans, and tableware (plates, bowls, cups, mugs etc.). The dining room seats up to 6 and is open to the relaxing living room.
A full size washer and dryer are located in the laundry room off of the dining area/living room.
An enclosed backyard makes for a private way to relax. Patio furniture allow you to take your meals outside and enjoy the fantastic weather. The patio backs on to a greenery area, meaning there are no neighbors behind creating the perfect environment to enjoy layout in the sun or the hot tub.
Dogs under 50lbs (or with permission) are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $100.
Basic supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap) are provided to get you started (i.e., one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towel).

Orlando Family Trip

Wonderful condo, clean, great location (we went to Universal Studios). Fun surprise when we went to Old Town Orlando one evening for pizza at Flippers -- we found lots of shopping, a car show, live music and things to do there too.

A beautiful stay at the Villa

Our spring break stay was fantastic at this Villa. The property is exceptionally inviting, extremely clean, and close to everything, including theme parks, grocery stores and restaurants. You couldn’t find a better property manager than Sarah! She is very approachable and is always quick to reply to any questions. The resort area itself is magnificent and offers everything that you could look forward to doing on either a vacation, spring break, or any outing. We will definitely be back. The value of the Villa, ease of working with Sarah and the check in process made everything so easy. We loved it and so will you!
