Look no further.. If we've got the availabitly for the dates you need, you've found your spot! Location! Location! Location! This Oceanfront property is located on a South facing bluff and offers inspirational views. Rainbow Rock Condominiums, one of Southern Oregon's most prestigious communities, sits on over 13 acres with a trail to a virtually private beach. We're located on the ground floor(no steps!) and in building E,the one furthest away from Hwy.1(quiet). The property is extremely well appointed and we have people coming back year after year. Did I mention the location?
How to contact us. Please call as well as email. We are at times,(fortunately),away from email access. We will do our best to answer any questions you may have and make your stay in Brookings a most memorable one.
When you're tired of watching the view and are ready for a change of venue, pack your lunch and stroll down to the sandy beach. You'll find an abundance of drift logs for fort building and sculpture making, and soft sand to relax on. Low tide brings tide pools steaming with life and also expands the beach for long beach walks.
Boardman State Park is to the North and Harris Beach State Park lies to the South, with access to the Oregon Coast Trail. Within a few miles radius, there are several rivers to explore: the Chetco, the Winko, and the Smith. Boat rentals and Commercial fishing charters are available at Brookings Harbor.
Brookings also offers several markets, boutiques, art galleries and restaurants. Trips to other nearby coastal villages, lights houses and museums make exciting day trips.

Just wanted to send you a note before we head out back to Colorado. We've had a WONDERFUL time at your condo again! We sort of wondered if we had built it up in our minds over the last year and that it wouldn't be as great as we had remembered it, but nope, it still has the same wow factor as when we first saw it. :-) The view from the deck takes out breath away every time we walk in.

Hugh & I just wanted to "Thank You" so much for your trust & for allowing us to enjoy your lovely condo in Brookings. We walked in & said "Ah-h-h" this is truly a place to relax, a place of peace, tranquility & beauty. We thoroughly enjoyed our full 3 days, walking the beach, familiarizing ourselves with the town & enjoying the Rogue River Jet Boat. We didn't have any desire to go out to eat as it was such a treat to enjoy a glass of wine, a good steak on the barbee & just take in the view! We felt it must have been meant to be as I found the website strickly by accident & then you happened to have a cancellation & felt trusting enough to give us a chance!! We hope that we can return sometime in the future. With Much Gratitude, :) :)

My family spent a month touring the Oregon coast in June '11, and this cozy little condo was a real gem. The beds were comfortable, the furnishings were wonderful. There are lots of little extras like a pair of binoculars, patio tables and chairs and a stereo with easy listening CDs. The kitchen was well appointed and we cooked several meals here. The view out the windows & patio is breathtaking. The condo is located high on a ridge, which makes for great views, but not-so-easy beach access for disabled. However, this 1st floor condo was easy to get into for my disabled mother. The owners were easy to work with for this rental, and I would recommend it to others.

Fabulous!! This home is so lovely--warm, cozy, comfy--and what views! We felt like we won the jackpot! Sunny weather so headed down to the beach, then the Oregon Coast Trail right behind the condo--what views again! More sunshine the next morning, so back down to the beach with coffee. Low tide so we enjoyed the "cave" at Rainbow Rock, the sweet beach and yet more views!! Friday a storm came in so an adventurous hike north in a downpour--sloshing on the trail with the sounds and sights of crashing waves---so even more views!! We LOVED each moment--we were so comfortable--relaxed and yet adored the hiking and being outside in "all" the glory of typical coastal weather. Needless to say we would hope that we could return again.

I hesitate to write a review because of potential competition, but in fairness I know I should. We spent about a week in September 2010 at this condo and it was wonderful. The condo was immaculate, the scenery wonderful and the weather? Well my wife and I have lived in SE Alaska so we are used the rain and fog. Actually the weather made us homesick for Alaska. Brookings was a nice place to vacation too. Thanks for the opportunit to share your condo, we will book again!

This from an email: "My family enjoyed your condo immensely and wanted to thank you for sharing this delightful spot with all of us. The view was fabulous and perfect to enjoy in the serene comfort of the balcony. Each meal we shared at your dining table with the door open to hear the roar of the ocean while we observed the marvelous view. For some reason, my cooking tasted much better in Oregon"

We had a very enjoyable 5 days at this vacation rental. The view from the balcony was wonderful. Everything was as presented at VRBO. We had some delightful lunches after a somewhat steep walk to the beach below the condo complex. The condo was well equiped, and the internet connection worked very well. Its close proximity to the very nice town of Brookings and its several excellent grocery stores and harbor makes this condo a very good selection.

What a wonderful, peaceful place to spend our much needed vacation. The home was everything we had hoped for, with very comfortable furnishings and everything we needed for a week of relaxation, peace and quiet. The view from the front desk was almost surreal! Brookings is a great town with everything we needed, and the beaches were virtually deserted despite perfect weather! Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home with us! Greg & Beth R.

We were invited for a weekend with our neice and nephew on Memorial Day of 2005. We were spoiled by that place and refuse to stay anywhere else. We were hoping to return this summer, but you're booked solid. We will try again. We want to bring our 2 grandchildren there. It's the most beautiful beach and perfect for children with the caves and sea life in the rocks and pools. Thanks so much Betty
