The building is at the junction of 17th and Meridian Avenue and has a zip code of FL 33139. The apartment is across the Street from the Miami Beach Convention Centre and is within easy walking distance of the Beach itself. Few guests decide to hire a car if they are staying in Miami Beach during their stay however if you do and require parking I can provide secure parking within the buildings garage at no additional charge. I'm an English Guy with 2 Sons. This is my holiday home so I'm picky about who I rent it to. I rent it to supplement its running costs, but I'd rather not rent it than risk anyone mistreating it or the building or being disrespectful to other residents. So I'm going to ask you to tell me a little about you so I can decide if I'm willing to let you stay in my place.
If you book you'll be met personally on arrival by my house keeper who will show you everything and answer any arrival questions. I'm family friendly, gay friendly and couple friendly so long as my guests are friendly and respectful of my home and it's neighbours.
Why the Owner Chose Montclair Lofts: I love South Beach and I love winter sun, this is a low rise development with not so many apartments in the building as a result it's quiet and private with not so many comings and goings. It's very well maintained and cared for by the residents in the heart of South Beach Unless I spend a lot more money buying another apartment in South Beach its hard for me to imagine wanting to have a place in any other building.
