A new villa with new furnishings and modern conveniences (including a DISHWASHER!!) only 600 steps (6 minutes walk) from the beach and 5th Avenue. Shared pool with kiddie section and sunning area in the secured common area. Located in the gated community of Playacar.
The 1st floor includes a dining table for 8 guests, living room with entertainment center, kitchen, laundry room, bedroom with Queen size bed and bathroom with shower. The living room sliding doors open on to the outside terrace where you find your lounge chairs and BBQ overlooking the pool.
The 2nd floor includes the Master suite with a King size bed and large private bath with Jacuzzi tub and shower. The Master bedroom opens on to a private terrace perfect for quiet relaxation and a view of the pool. The 3rd large bedroom includes 2 double beds and bathroom with shower and view of Playa del Carmen.
Walk to the beach through the Mayan ruins or check in at the exlcusive Reef Club for an all-inclusive day and/or evening. Walk to Paseo del Carmen (the nicest part of 5th Avenue) or the Cozumel Ferry.

Why the Owner Chose Playacar
My family and I really enjoy the area and have been looking for property in Mexico both as a rental property and as a possible part time retirement home sometime in the future. We liked the Playacar subdivision because it is private, yet close to everything and has lots of amenities close by. We love the people of Playa Del Carmen because of the hospitality they show to everyone. Great place to relax and wind down.

Walking distance to everything. Has all of the amenities of a city but private and exclusive as well. The golf course on site is great as well.
We offer transportation to and from the Cancun airport.
The management group is very helpful and available. Concierge services offered if required.

This is our family on a 2009 visit to Playa del Carmen. This was a 1/2 day snorkeling trip. The reef off of Playa Del Carmen is the 2nd largest in the world.

My husband and I and 4 teenagers stayed in this house for 2 weeks in April 2011. I had never used VRBO prior to this vacation and will now use nothing else. The house is exactly as described and could not have been cleaner. The owner and the management company that take care of you while you are in Playa are extremely helpful with anything you may need. The location of the house is ideal as it is less than a 5 minute walk to 5th avenue and the beach. The pool in the backyard is a bonus! Always clean and we were usually the only ones using it. A couple quick trips to WalMart, $7 cab ride, kept the house stocked with any food and beverages required. BBQ and all appliances worked great! I would highly recommend this property to anyone travelling to Playa Del Carmen. You get the best of both worlds, close to all the excitement and everything you want to do yet enough privacy and down time having your own house and yard. I would highly recommend this property and hope to return there myself in the near future.

My family of 7 stayed at this condo for a week, and we loved it! Lots of space, and very comfy...almost like being in our own house. And you can walk to downtown Playa del Carmen. It's nice to park right outside the front door too. Only downside is the stairs to the upstairs bedrooms, it's a little trek up there. But if you are able to make the trek upstairs it's worth it!! The bedrooms are huge and there is a bathroom for each room. It was nice having a full kitchen with all the dishes and appliances. And the washer and dryer was a big plus. My family was very happy with our stay there and would stay again if we are in Playa again.

Perfect location,easy drive from the Cancun airport and the many great activities the area has to offer.It is the ideal combination,being able to go to the Reef Club and use their facilities, beach chairs,jet-ski,parasailing for a great day in the sun and then return home to relax in a quiet and spacious environment.Our family of 5 includes 3 teenagers, everyone could find space for what they needed, homework,t.v. or more sun by the pool. The villa is very clean and well equipped. Brad is knowledgeable about the area and easy to communicate with. The on-site manager responds quickly to solve problems and the Concierge service is there to help if you need more info. The downtown is an easy 5 minute walk with a good selection of restaurants and shops, no need to worry about driving or finding parking.Wonderful holiday,would love to go again.

We came as a family of grandparents along with parents and grandkids. The 7 of us enjoyed staying at the villa. The kitchen is great with all needed to prepare meals. The dishwasher and washer/dryer were appreciated. We walked everywhere and didn't use a car. We took several trips and organized them ourselves getting tickets at the local bus depot. Brad made sure we had all we needed for comfort. Lots of helpful materials were sent and are available at the villa. Loved the pool and ease at getting to town and beach.

This is a great villa, perfect location, spacous, would go again. Our group had 7 people and we didn`t feel crowded at all. Also had a wedding reception there and everyone thought it was perfect. The kids enjoyed easy access to the pool and we took walks downtown every day to shop or go to the beach. Highly recommended. Caretaker was very helpful, cell phone a great asset.

man, what a relaxing place. everything was so clean and tidy. my elderly parents had the best time of their life with the feeling of being secure and going and coming whenever they wanted. we would definently think of this place when we go there for our annual holiday.

Very nice villa, good location, very clean and spacious, short walk to 5th ave. The kids loved the pool and the yard. Neighbors were very friendly. We had previously done all inclusive resorts for our vacations, but after this experience, we will definately want to rent this place again next year.

The condo was wonderful, it was very clean and well maintained - it exceeded our expectations. We stayed two full weeks with out family of five. The full kitchen and utility room with washer and dryer proved beneficial. The property managers were very helpful and freindly. There was lots to do in Playa del Carmen- the ambiance. in our opinion, was better suited for families than Cancun. We also found that the cell phone provided was very helpful. Brad provided advice that was helpful so we could male the most of our vacation.
