Accommodations:  Villa, 3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths (Sleeps 6)

A new villa with new furnishings and modern conveniences (including a DISHWASHER!!) only 600 steps (6 minutes walk) from the beach and 5th Avenue. Shared pool with kiddie section and sunning area in the secured common area. Located in the gated community of Playacar.

The 1st floor includes a dining table for 8 guests, living room with entertainment center, kitchen, laundry room, bedroom with Queen size bed and bathroom with shower. The living room sliding doors open on to the outside terrace where you find your lounge chairs and BBQ overlooking the pool.

The 2nd floor includes the Master suite with a King size bed and large private bath with Jacuzzi tub and shower. The Master bedroom opens on to a private terrace perfect for quiet relaxation and a view of the pool. The 3rd large bedroom includes 2 double beds and bathroom with shower and view of Playa del Carmen.

Walk to the beach through the Mayan ruins or check in at the exlcusive Reef Club for an all-inclusive day and/or evening. Walk to Paseo del Carmen (the nicest part of 5th Avenue) or the Cozumel Ferry.

  • Perfect location,easy drive from the Cancun airport and the many great activities the area has to offer.It is the ideal combination,being able to go to the Reef Club and use their facilities, beach chairs,jet-ski,parasailing for a great day in the sun and then return home to relax in a quiet and spacious environment.Our family of 5 includes 3 teenagers, everyone could find space for what they needed, homework,t.v. or more sun by the pool. The villa is very clean and well equipped. Brad is knowledgeable about the area and easy to communicate with. The on-site manager responds quickly to solve problems and the Concierge service is there to help if you need more info. The downtown is an easy 5 minute walk with a good selection of restaurants and shops, no need to worry about driving or finding parking.Wonderful holiday,would love to go again.

  • We came as a family of grandparents along with parents and grandkids. The 7 of us enjoyed staying at the villa. The kitchen is great with all needed to prepare meals. The dishwasher and washer/dryer were appreciated. We walked everywhere and didn't use a car. We took several trips and organized them ourselves getting tickets at the local bus depot. Brad made sure we had all we needed for comfort. Lots of helpful materials were sent and are available at the villa. Loved the pool and ease at getting to town and beach.

  • This is a great villa, perfect location, spacous, would go again. Our group had 7 people and we didn`t feel crowded at all. Also had a wedding reception there and everyone thought it was perfect. The kids enjoyed easy access to the pool and we took walks downtown every day to shop or go to the beach. Highly recommended. Caretaker was very helpful, cell phone a great asset.

  • Very nice villa, good location, very clean and spacious, short walk to 5th ave. The kids loved the pool and the yard. Neighbors were very friendly. We had previously done all inclusive resorts for our vacations, but after this experience, we will definately want to rent this place again next year.

  • The condo was wonderful, it was very clean and well maintained - it exceeded our expectations. We stayed two full weeks with out family of five. The full kitchen and utility room with washer and dryer proved beneficial. The property managers were very helpful and freindly. There was lots to do in Playa del Carmen- the ambiance. in our opinion, was better suited for families than Cancun. We also found that the cell phone provided was very helpful. Brad provided advice that was helpful so we could male the most of our vacation.

  • We stayed here for 10 days in June, 2006. The property is new, is conveniently located close to the beach and to 5th Ave. in Playa Del Carmen. There were only 2 of us so the property was very spacious. The complex here has private security, we saw them often on their rounds. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to others and would stay here again. Bill Tom

  • We stayed at this villa in early April of '06 for a week. It was wonderful! Even nicer than the pictures show. The villa is very spacious, clean and has all the comforts of home. It is located close to downtown and the lovely beach. There were 7 of us and we never felt crowded probably because each bedroom had its own bathroom. The pool was very nice too and it usually felt like our own private area. The only drawback to our vacation was that the shops were kind of expensive (relative to other cities in Mexico), probably because they have so many cruiseship customers coming through, keeping prices high. The owner, Brad, was kind and helpful. We heartily recommend this place to anyone.
