We recently stayed at the Starfish Beach House...myself, husband, child, two grandparents, and their dog. I can't say enough good things about the property and the owner! It was like a home away from home. The owner made us feel right at home the day we got there...then left us alone to enjoy our vacation...but made herself available if we needed her. The property had everything we could possibly need. Not only was there everything you need for day to day life...linens, towels, kitchen ware, toiletries...but there were also beach chairs, boogie boards, and tons of toys for our son to play in the sand. The Starfish Beach House is even better than we expected it to be from the listing. And the beach very close. You just cross the street, take the bridge over the sand dunes, and you're there. We will definitely stay here next time we go to South Padre Island.

This place is awesome. Plenty of room. All the amenities you need. Very short walk to the beach. Very clean and well kept. We would go back again and again.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.
