Starfish Beach House Unit #1 is a spacious, two-bedroom, two-bath duplex, nicely decorated. Mid-island location just across from the beach. Sit on the balcony and enjoy a beautiful view of the ocean. Private parking directly in front of beach house.
The Starfish Beach House Unit #1 is pet friendly and we look forward to having your well behaved fur or feather covered family member enjoy their vacation too!

The place was in good shape and ready for us to walk in. They even let us checkin an hour early which was great we needed to sit and relax for a few minutes. They supplied everthing we needed to make our stay home like and comfortable. We plan to go back next year maybe with a bigger party and rent both sides. Thanks guys for a good welcoming stay.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway, pet owners.

Nice duplex (fairly spaceous) for 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths...Had a little troble with the A/C the 1st day of arrival, but the owner jumped on our concerns immediately and had the a/c guy their within 45 minutes. The issue was quickly resolved and rest of the trime in the duplex was great. Property is located in a great part of the island (close to a lot a resturants/sights,etc) and only withing about 200 yards walking distances before your feet hits the sand. Owners has put together a book with all the site and sounds of SPI has to offer that we found very useful. Property was clean and pretty well maintained Owner was easy to work with and very accomdating for us. We would stay again and would recommend to friends/family in the future.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners.

We recently stayed at the Starfish Beach House...myself, husband, child, two grandparents, and their dog. I can't say enough good things about the property and the owner! It was like a home away from home. The owner made us feel right at home the day we got there...then left us alone to enjoy our vacation...but made herself available if we needed her. The property had everything we could possibly need. Not only was there everything you need for day to day life...linens, towels, kitchen ware, toiletries...but there were also beach chairs, boogie boards, and tons of toys for our son to play in the sand. The Starfish Beach House is even better than we expected it to be from the listing. And the beach very close. You just cross the street, take the bridge over the sand dunes, and you're there. We will definitely stay here next time we go to South Padre Island.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, pet owners.

This place is awesome. Plenty of room. All the amenities you need. Very short walk to the beach. Very clean and well kept. We would go back again and again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.

About the owner: We have been singing on the Island for 18 years and have worked together for 23 years. We bought this property as an investment and have had such a great time meeting the guests that come to stay at The Starfish Beach House. Year after year we get the same people that stay with us at this rental and they have all become part of one big family. We have seen kids grow up, get married and now bring their children to the beach to experience the same great time they had as children at The Starfish Beach House. It has been such a pleasure to get to know everyone!
