Inverness 502 - Beach Front - WiFi

Inverness 502 is a comfy condo on the 5th floor of the Inverness Beach Front complex. This is the perfect vacation home for your entire family to enjoy! It is a few blocks from Wana Wana, the post office and the movie theater. The Beach Front Condo showcases hi-speed wireless internet, two (2) flat screen TVs, a full size sleeper sofa, granite counter tops, central air, all tiled floors and much more.
The Master bedroom has a very comfortable Queen size bed with a private bathroom. The second bedroom has two Twin size beds, which combined with the sleeper sofa in the living room will easily sleep up to 6 guests. Each room has ceiling fans.
You will be staying within convenient access to all of the entertainment and restaurant venues on South Padre Island, so you may choose to dine out every night. But if you want to cook in, you will enjoy a beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops that is fully equipped. Private covered parking for the complex also add convenience and two elevators for the complex so you don't have to climb stairs. The complex has a heated hot tub for adults on the North side and an awesome swimming pool with a hot tub on the South end of the building. Only residents are allowed in these facilities, and you need to request an access key at check-in at the front desk. This is the perfect location for your stress-free South Padre Island getaway!

Note: Coin operated washer and dryer in most floors!

Spend the day relaxing at the beach, and the afternoons at the communal pool or hot tub.

We visit South Padre annually in the fall and the Inverness is a favorite spot to stay. Being right on the beach, especially when there are few other visitors is a real joy. This is our second time to rent this unit for a week. It has all we need - nice kitchen, nice outdoor patio dining table, and good showers. Super easy to rent, check in and check out.

Great Location

We always choose to stay at Inverness since it's right on the beach. Our condo was lovely. New remodeled bathrooms, nice kitchen with everything we needed to make meals. Balcony had table and chairs to enjoy morning coffee and beds were clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks for a wonderful, relaxing place to enjoy the beach.

Our summer vacation with our granddaughters.

The property was great, clean, spacious, with a great balcony view of the ocean and amenities for my teenage granddaughters were awesome from the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. My mistake was not letting the owner know about my handicap would have to have a chair in the shower and I recliner that reclined a lttle more back. being short made it difficult to sit on the larger recliner. But again my oversite for not communicating it to Roberto (owner). We had fun in the sun. Weaher was great even though the weather news said it would rain. Many restaurants, Walmart and HEB.close by. Book your vacation now. You won't be disappointed. Enjoy.

Things to know

The condo was in a great location and the beach was wonderful. There were somethings that we did not realize. There was no bath soap, tissues, or hairdryer. Because we were a group of women between 50 and 77, those were important to us! We went to the Dollar General and purchased our own since they were not provided. The furniture needs to be updated some and the fold out bed/couch needs to be replaced. It was awful to sleep on and the person using it, finally just took the sheets and slept on the couch itself rather than folding it out and trying to find some comfortable position between coils and rods. Loved the patio area.

Great Rental.

It was very clean and the linens were fresh. Had plenty of kitchen utensils that were needed and lots of comfy blankets. Beautiful view of the beach and a great location over all.

Great place for a GetAway

Took dad out for a quick get away. Condo was nice. 28 minutes from the airport. 4 minutes from good restaurants. A great place to relax and enjoy the Ocean view!

The Inverness

What a wonderful place to stay! Communication was excellent. The Condo was perfectly sized, comfortable and had everything we needed to get started. The hot tub was really nice and clean. The location was ideal for us for food and outings. We absolutely loved sitting on the HUGE balcony and watching the ocean. Sure hope to stay there again!

Perfect Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The views from the balcony were breathtaking. Loved the location. It was out of the main traffic area, but close enough to feel like we were right in the middle of the activity.

Clean comfy unit - incredible location

So convenient to enjoy an amazing wiener from our beachfront patio, and so easy to pop down for some beach time, and back up to the unit whenever we wish. We will be back.

Beautiful Condo, Photos Don’t Do It Justice!

We had a great time at the condo! The ocean view balcony was gorgeous! We loved the indoor and outdoor tables for dining. There were also some beach toys there for our kids. The kitchen was stocked well with plenty of appliances and cooking utensils. We did have an issue with the door code but called Roberto and he quickly told us how to get the key. There were plenty of blankets (my kids like to pile them on). We are a family of five and our oldest is in a wheelchair. The condo was roomy and very comfortable. We also had a quick beach access as well as easy pickup if you want to ride the free metro. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful beaches, close to home, warm almost all year long...and eventually planning to retire to SPI.
It's walking distance to the beach, which my wife and I enjoy it very much. It is also very close to some good restaurants such as PadreRitaGrill and Blackbeards and to the local supermarket, the Blue Marlin.
