Windows in all the rooms, along with the apartment's "verrière" (skylight) insure that the apartment is wonderfully light-filled, with a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower, especially at night, while the AC unit will freshen up your stay during the hot Parisian Summers.

We loved the place! It was lovely & the location was great. We felt so comfortable in the neighborhood. (I checked out some of the other locations I'd been looking at, and for us, your place was ideal!!) We had so much fun going to market (rue Cler) everyday… in the morning for our Baguette, and in the evening, returning from our day out, to the Boucherie for meat and then to the produce stand. Then home to whip up dinner before our evening excursion. Great fun. We're ready to head back!… Thanks again, we really enjoyed our stay. Eventhough it rained everyday, Paris - and the apartment - were wonderful!

Thank you for treating us so well and letting us enjoy what has to be the best view from any apartment in Paris. Seeing the Tour Eiffel all aglow as you fall asleep confirms that you are in the best district of the most beautiful city in the world.
Everything about the apartment exceeded our expectations and we particularly liked the coziness of the kitchen where we savored the wonderful croissants, pates, chicken, wine, etc. from Rue Cler and Marie Canton's cheeses.
Over the two weeks, thirteen of our friends (3 from the US and 9 Parisians) visited us and every one of them loved the view of the Tower, but some also commented on the wonderfully typical view of Paris roof tops and the multitude of chimney pots out the other windows. Most had a smile on their faces when they looked up at the loft bedroom area and the computer literate ones liked the office area with the computer hook-ups for email. They weren't just being nice when they said, "What a GREAT apartment!"
We agree with them and we are looking forward to next year.

The apartment is in a perfect location on a quiet street. There are wonderful bakeries, restaurants, supermarkets, the famous Rue Cler outdoor market and a Metro stop all within a two minute walk.
