This unit is located on the top floor of 22 Station West Building. The unit is approximately 900 square feet. The unit has two full bathrooms and is completely furnished with warm custom furniture, a queen-sized sofa sleeper located in the living room, color television and a DVD player. The unit has a cozy gas fireplace with stone hearth, dining room with table and chairs and private balconies with decorative railings.
The spacious master bedroom includes a king-sized bed and an adjacent master bathroom. The guest bedroom and bathroom offer all the comforts and amenities for larger families. For your convenience, the kitchen is equipped with ample cooking utensils, a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and range. Hydronic heating is used to heat the slate tiles on the kitchen and bathroom floors. The condominium features high speed internet access and VOIP telephone system with conference call capabilities. Ski storage locker located on the first floor. The unit was built in 2002 and is located in the Village at Squaw Valley.

My family and I had a great time at this unit - comfy, great TV's, clean and the balcony facing the parking lot, although a bit on the noisy side when the party folks left the bars, was great for star gazing later on in the night - unit is fairly close to the hot tub and overall we had a fantastic stay.

We were in Squaw Valley for a guitar festival in the Summer. The condo was everything I was expecting, a well appointed kitchen, lovely bathrooms, especially the bathroom in the master bedroom. All this steps from everything in the complex. Check in was quick efficient and friendly. I especially liked the little balcony for an afternoon glass of wine. The owner was very helpful and anticipated my questions and information needs. We plan on staying again next year during the festival.

Nice 2 bd with hotel-like amenities in the heart of Squaw Olympic Village. Sleep 6 easily. Clean and new and fantastically well located: no driving or parking hassle before hitting the slopes. From leaving the building to first lift = 5 minutes...The agent/manager was responsive and very easy to deal with. Expectation fully met!
