  It just doesn't get much better than this! This is our second trip to 'The Palms' and this condo is everything the owner advertised it to be along with being most reasonably priced. The decor is new and floridian and well provided for relative to a visitors needs. The owner is most responsive to inquiry and very accommadating. We shall definitely return to this condo in '13

  This was our 2nd trip and everything was as perfect as it was last year. There's not much more I can add to our previous review other than you won't find a better deal in this area. The accomodations, the beach, McGuire's being so close....hands down the best in the Panhandle. Thanks so much Teri! Chris & Jenn

  My Family has been going to this condo for the last 6 years . We will not go any where else . . My childern consider this their own . The condo has everything a family might need. . Its also very pretty , happy colors and a enjoyable place to be . The beach is beautiful and dolphins never fail us , they are always around . We cant wait till next year .!!!!

  We had a great stay at the condo. It was very clean and very well decorated!! Everything was just as pictured and everything that a family could need. We traveled with our 5 children and the condo was big enough for all the kids to be comfortable. The condo is in a great location and directly on the beach. We had yellow or red flags most days, but had a great time on the beach! Teri was very nice to work with and everything was ready to go when we needed it! We will definitely stay here again!

  My wife and I decided to take our first real vacation together (just the 2 of us) and after hours and hours of research we decided to stay at this property based on all of the rave reviews. GREAT decision! Teri was very easy to work with from start to finish. Sometimes pictures can be misleading but this unit is exactly as described. GREAT BALCONY. It was very clean and well decorated too. Anything at all that we needed could be found throughout the condo. There's even an electric ice cream maker! We had fresh homemade strawberry, blueberry, and banana ice cream for the week. The beach service is a great touch. The weather and beach were so amazing that we basically stayed on the beach everyday until supper time and it wasn't crowded at all. There was maybe 5-10 people each day. The water was also as clear as we've ever seen! All in all this was an excellent value and I would highly recommend it to anyone. I know that we'll be back for sure. Definitely eat at McGuire's Irish Pub at least once, and Pandora's Steakhouse has a great prime rib special on Sundays and Wednesdays--its the best deal in the area. Thanks Teri! Chris & Jenn

  Teri is awesome!!!!She worked with us on short notice,short stay and within our budget.The condo is wonderful!The views and the beach are fantastic..just as I remember them.We were there for a quick romantic anniversary and did not have to leave the complex.The kitchen is truely stocked and the decor is total PARROTHEAD...what more could you ask for.Thanks for a wonderful weekend ,we will be back!

  This was our second stay at the Palms 302 ( #91745) as it was just as great as before! You will not find a better condo on the great beaches of the Emerald Coast! The condo is incredibly equiped (plenty of kitchen gear, glasses, appliances, TV, DVD players, furniture, etc.), beautifully decorated and very well maintained especially compared to other condo options from commerical real estate firms (where mismatched plates, linens, furniture, etc. is the norm!). It is hard to find two twin beds for an option with a beach view so this is a great place if you need that. Teri is incredible to work with and realy cares about her guests having a great vacation. Still close enough to Destin for dinner and shopping but far enough where the crowds are not so bad. The beaches are much less crowded than Destin since the building requirements for Fort Walton/Okaloosa Island mandate no buildings taller than 6 stories. This is a family condo in a family complex on a family beach. The umbrella and 2 chairs on the beach that come with the condo is a great perk. Do yourself a favor at stay at this great condo!!!

  My husband and I stayed in this fantastic condo during the month of January 2011. The condo was great, had such cute decor. It really felt like a tropical retreat. The condo was well stocked to handle all of our needs. The location was the best - right on the beach. The beach was beautiful, went on for miles. The water was crystal clear. This condo is close to lots of shopping, activity and restaurants, yet it is secluded enough to be really peaceful! We absolutely loved our stay at The Palms, Unit 302.

  After spending our 3rd year (girl's week) at the condo, we still find it wonderful and very comfortable. Great restaurants and shopping and not far from Destin and Sandestin. We will definintely be back next year.
