I loved my stay at Spirit of Curlew Lake and plan to visit again in coming years. The home is immaculately cared for, the landscaped grounds well maintained and fine to walk around, especially down to the lake below. This is a great vacation area recommended for families and romantic get-aways too.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

This property was not what we had expected and although I did not set the reservations myself, I at least expected clean sheets and the refrigerator looked lived in. The most disappointing however was that it truly was far from the lake and the apparent access trail only lead to a small opening but nothing where you could sit or swim and enjoy it. I did however appreciate that it allowed dogs. Overall I would not recommend this property.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Spirit of Curlew. A fabulous view of the lake!!! This is a great place to stay while exploring the north east corner of the state. And eating borsht in Grand Forks B.C was worth the trip alone. Fossil hunting was a total blast and nearby. The Spirit of Curlew is a very easy place to stay with large family and three dogs. Even comes with a beta fish in a bowl in the master suite.

Our women's retreat was held at this rental last year and we will be making this and annual trip. The home was clean comfortable and peaceful! the view is beautiful, and the walk to the lake is very nice!we were all pleased!!

Curlew Lake has to the most wonderful place in Washington state for a relaxing vacation. Quiet. clean and you can view the stars without all the city lights.
