This is a beautiful professionally interior designed 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom home. We are located right across the street from the large children's playground which is very convenient for those guests with children. We are also just a short walk to the community pool.
The home's heated pool and spa, extended deck, with sunloungers, tables and seating and covered lanai allow plenty of choice for either sunbathing or quietly relaxing in the shade. The whole area is enclosed by a mesh screen to enable you to enjoy entertaining and the illuminated pool and spa late into the evening, without ever having to worry about flying insects. We also have a gas grill/barbecue.
Fully air-conditioned with separate controls for upstairs and downstairs and furnished to the highest of standards to ensure a really luxurious holiday. The Family room opens to the kitchen and features comfortable leather sofas, 42 inch Plasma screen TV, DVD/VCR plus 80 cable channels. We also provide free wireless internet.
The fully equipped kitchen incorporates a breakfast nook and has upgraded appliances including self-cleaning range (cooker), microwave, fridge-freezer with icemaker, waste disposal and dishwasher. A separate laundry area houses the automatic washing machine and tumble drier. The dining room has a beautiful dining table and chairs, perfect for those family meals. For more informal dining, the shaded lanai and the outside dining furniture provide the perfect place for casual entertaining and alfresco pool-side living.
Each of the six bedrooms have been individually furnished, and come complete with high quality bed linen and towels. Each bedroom has a TV with a DVD player.
Upstairs are two master suites, (full baths in the rooms), both with king-sized beds. Also upstairs are two children's themed bedrooms (Tinker Bell and Batman/Superman) with twin beds. For families traveling with small children, we have a full size crib and highchair. Another large bedroom with a queen-sized bed completes the second floor. These three bedrooms share a full bathroom. On the first level, the sixth bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed.
The game room features a regulation size pool table and air hockey table. This game room is air conditioned! 99% of all other game rooms are not air conditioned.
Windsor Hills is a gated resort with 24-hour security. Some of the magnificent features of this community include a luxurious water park pool with fountains, waterslides and a spa, separate toddler pool, tennis and volleyball courts as well as a children's playground. An enormous clubhouse overlooking the pool with pool tables, ping-pong tables, video game area, sundry shop, fitness room with top-of-the-line fitness equipment, and high definition surround sound movie theater. There are other outdoor recreational activities all surrounding the double Olympic-size swimming pool creating a relaxing, playful atmosphere for the entire family! Windsor Hills has all the amenities of a five-star hotel or resort, but with the comfort, convenience, and privacy of a private home.
In addition to Walt Disney World being less than five minutes away from the resort, Universal Studios and Sea World are also close by - just 15 minutes away. There is also a vast assortment of golf, shopping, and dining options nearby.
We are personally at your service and have an experienced local caretaker who will ensure that the home is ready for your arrival and respond to any needs that may arise during your stay. We provide fresh linens and towels, starter soaps, and basic paper products.

Later got my MBA in Finance at the University of Illinois. I have worked all over the country for a number of Fortune 500 companies. I enjoy the outdoors as well as all sports. Why the Owner Chose Windsor Hills
We chose to buy a vacation home in Windsor Hills because we really thought the community was beautiful and had all the amenities needed for a vacation home (Clubhouse, Community Pool, etc.). We also liked the fact that it was so close to Disney World and the other Orlando theme parks. Windsor Hills is a fantastic gated community which we thought we would enjoy for years to come.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Our property is located right across the street from the large children's playground which makes it very convenient. We are also one of the few homes that has an air conditioned game room where you will find most are not and they are extremely hot during the summer months. We also have a gas grill for outdoor grilling. We are also infant friendly with a crib, high chair, baby gate, etc.
