Our property is a beautiful, one-story Milan model, attached villa located directly on the fairway of Pelican Preserve Golf Course. Pelican Preserve is a gated community in Fort Myers, Florida. It is a community for adults age 55 and over. This 1297 square foot home is fully furnished with everything needed for a great getaway. The golf membership can be transferred so play is at a reduced rate. Have breakfast on our furnished lanai and watch the golfers on the fifth hole... or better yet, get out there and play.
The unit is configured in a split plan with separate bedroom and bath areas. The open living area is tiled throughout and offers a direct view of the fairway. The great room features a leather sofa and loveseat, recliner, entertainment center with TV and DVD player, ceiling fan - even two bar stools at the raised bar. The open gourmet kitchen features Maple cabinets, solid surface countertops with integrated sink, gas range/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, disposal, pots/pans, dishes, glassware & silverware - everything you might need. The separate dining room is complete with comfortable seating for four. The attached covered lanai has a dining set for four, two lounge chairs, a gas grill and ceiling fan. There is a full size washer & dryer and utility sink in the laundry room with plenty of storage. There is also a large two car garage with electric door opener. This is truly a vacation home.
The Master Suite has a king-size bed with pillow-top mattress, two nightstands, triple dresser/mirror, ceiling fan, TV and phone. The master bath offers a glass shower, toilet & sink. The guest bedroom has two pillowtop twins, nightstand, dresser and ceiling fan. The guest bath has a full size tub with shower, toilet & sink.
Pelican Preserve offers many amenities to enjoy. Whether you're an avid golfer or just learning the game, the 27 hole Chip Powell designed championship courses will challenge all skill levels. Enjoy the fine cuisine at the Destinations Restaurant. The Plaza del Sol Town Center features an array of indoor and outdoor amenities. Enjoy watching your favorite movie at the movie theater located in the Plaza del Sol Town Center. Meet up with friends at the Cyber Café. Whether you practice your backhand or challenge friends to a game of doubles, the tennis facilities are sure to delight. If you're in the mood for a workout, the Soleil Health & Fitness Center offers aerobics and exercise classes along with state-of-the-art equipment. Why the Owner Chose Pelican Preserve
Our home is in Pelican Preserve Country Club. This is the best of Southwest Florida. Warm weather, palm trees, manicured grounds - the whole postcard. We are located 2 miles from Interstate 75 - shopping, great restauant, beaches - all located within a few minutes drive time. The Southwest Florida regional airport is 30 minutes away. Easy to get to, easy to travel around and a resort setting to boot. Paradise!
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
This is a beautiful tropical resort community. We enjoy the gorgeous pool, the health spa, the activities in the town Center - this is like being on vacation. The golf is wonderful - 27 Championship holes.
Gated Entrance to Pelican Preserve off Treeline Road
The homes on the entire top half of the resort are completed now - there is no more construction in this area of Pelican Preserve. This must be an older Google photo - say around 2006.
Beautiful Resort Type Pool, Clubhouse, Tennis Courts, Spa Facilities with in-door pool and workout areas, Movie Theatre, Gourmet Restaurants, Amphitheatre... everything you could imagine is here.
