Parents and grandparents love the cozy neighborhood with its street lights and walking trails. The groomed beach is closed to vehicles and only 100 yards away. No bunk beds or elevator hassles! Minimal stair climbing! Upstairs, the deck is off the master bedroom and living room. It overlooks a lagoon with lighted fountains. Downstairs, the garage and patio contain a gas grill, shower and picnic table. Guests have access to the activities at the Pointe West Beach Club and Sunset Club with pools, hot tubs, fitness center, gameroom, restaurant and bar. Walking, cycling, and kayaking trails abound on the well landscaped grounds. Rental equipment is available at the Beach Club or through private vendors.
