Une oasis de paix en pleine nature !

Belle villa spacieuse bien entretenue avec piscine et vue magnifique sur le golfe de Figari. Havre de paix, et découverte des trésors de la région sur les conseils avisés de la propriétaire que nous avons particulièrement apprecies.

Havre de paix ensoleillé!

Nous avons séjourné pendant une semaine dans la villa de U Licatu. La villa, bien aménagée et très agréable à vivre jouit d'une très belle vue sur la plaine de Figari. Le coin piscine ains que le coin barbecue sont très accueillants et parfaitement conçu pour de longues journée et soirée entres amis. Jeannine et son mari nous ont très bien accueillis et ont également de très bon conseils pour nous aiguiller sur les belles plages peu connues du litoral (très appréciable notamment en plein été). La villa est idéalement située dans les terres et se situe à distance équivalentes de Bonifacio, Porto Veccio ou des plus belles plages de la régions. En bref, nous avons passé de très belles vacances et vous recommandons vivement cette maison.

Un peu plus près des étoiles ...

Laissez vous charmer par les photos , la réalité est encore mieux. Idéale en famille ou à plusieurs couples : chacun a son intimité et son espace dans cette maison décorée avec soin et parfaitement équipée. Un petit tour sur la terrasse et sa vue exceptionnelle appaisera tous vos soucis !. Une question sur les plages environnantes , les activités, les magasins les plus proches ? Les propriétaires sont là pour vous donner les meilleurs conseils. La maison est idéalement placée pour ceux qui arrivent en avion à Figari, ou en bateau à Porto Vechio et proche des plus belles plages du sud (15 à 25 mn maxi en voiture). En 1 h de route vous pouvez également aller aux Aiguilles de Bavella randonner ou faire du canyoning . Une semaine un peu plus près des étoiles ..

Un havre de paix

Tres jolie maison simple et confortable avec un panorama a couper le souffle.on ne se lasse pas de contempler cette vue incroyable sur la vallée de Figari.Idéale pour un grand repos a 10 mn de plages magnifiques du supermarché ou des très bons restaurants.la propriétaire très discrète est adorable...je vous recommande réellement ce petit coin de paradis!

Why they chose this property

Originally from Figari, here we found a great quality of life for our holidays. We live in Marseille and can get to Figari within an hour by plane. Our house was built in 2006 by an architect and its extraordinary location enables us to rent it to improve it.

What makes this property unique

Building this house, we wanted to create a peaceful heaven with its breathtaking panorama, nestled on a hill and away for the summer crowd. The house was built so that it could enjoy as much sunning as possible during summer and winter, and be rocked by the breeze of the sea. Located on a large fenced property, you will enjoy the scents of the special essences of scrubland: 'immortelles' flowers, rock roses, lentisk trees, strawberry trees and green oaks.
Walks, hikes, swims, and mountain excursions: Bavella, Cucuruzzu, Alta Rocca and some very special towns such as: Bonifacio, Sartène, and amazing beaches: Palombaggia, Santa Giulia Rondinara, as well as kite surfing and wind surfing in Figari gulf.
Moreover, make sure you go visit Lavezzi islands. This archipelago is located near Bonifacio. You will discover the remains of a Roman bridge and plenty of rocky shelters from the Neolithic era.
