About this property

Beautiful Bay View studio apartments located in the heart of Condado.

Condado Lagoon Villas were originally built as Caribe Hilton Resort's Luxury Villas but now are privately owned vacation rental apartments with the convenience to access Paseo Caribe's restaurants and lobby facilities. Our listing is two connecting units with their own individual entrances. Accessible entrance to both units is located from within either unit separated by two doors, which is perfect if you need privacy at any point during your stay. The closest Beach, "Playa Escambron" and park access are both located on the entrance of the street which is a short walk from our building.

The T-Mobile convention center can be seen from our balcony and offers a variety of options for entertainment and food. We are a15 minute drive from the San Juan airport and 7 minutes to the beautiful and historic Old San Juan where you can capture historic landmarks dating back from the 16th century. Old San Juan offers a variety of tasty restaurants, shops, cafe's and bars. Electric scooter rentals are always available nearby. Our spot is perfect for couples or friends who enjoy being near the beach and night life action.

Nice stay

It was a pleasant stay for our two families. Location was convenient and rooms are clean. The only I would point out is that the kitchen is in the king bed room. The description did say studio in the title, but it wasn’t something easily noticed, at least for me. So when we travel as two families, it does create a little inconvenience as the family in the king bed room has less privacy and freedom as they have to accommodate the other family (waking up early/going to bed late so the other family can eat/drink as needed). Other than this small issue, we are happy with our stay.

PERFECT FOR US

The condo was perfect for us. The beach and several restaurants are within walking distance. Also, the view of the water from the balcony was very relaxing not to mention the super comfy beds. We will definitely try and stay here again.

Moved to the island in January of 2019 from Miami, Florida and decided to stay. Puerto Rico definitely stole my heart. It's a great place to have fun, indulge in nature, food, history and it's beautiful culture.

Why they chose this property

24/7 security on site, safe and quiet area. The building has a generator in case power shuts off. Spectacular views and the location is superb.

What makes this property unique

The unit is in a central location where you won't need a car to do fun things, restaurants and bars are at your footsteps. Uber pick ups available close to the building. Starbucks nearby and so much more. The view from the room is gorgeous, peaceful, yet lively with views of the beach, kayakers, T-Mobile District Convention Center and sightings of manatees have been caught from the outside balcony.
