"We were visiting Panama to see Family. We wanted something close to them, but the high rises near them seemed less flexible with 3 kids. This was PERFECT. It is located right in the middle of downtown but it is at the base of Ancon Hill which is basically a tropical rainforest. The kids had a backyard, a pool, plenty of space and were able to hike up the mountain every morning to see toucans, monkeys, etc. It allowed us to take day trips and come back at night to cook or BBQ. The staff is very helpful and the other guests were friendly. The accomodations are nothing fancy, but the kitchen is fully stocked and the place is very clean. There are a lot of stairs if that is an issue. There is no laundry in the 4 bedroom unit, but the staff did a lovely job for $5/load."

"Jungle spares no sun or humidity. If you're in love with mother nature then you are in for a treat. Just getting there is an adventure drive. Lots of mangos, bananas, palm trees, ect. Once off the main road your in a completely different world than Panama city its self. Some locals have been there for generations. Small towns filled with life. People crossing the street as there is no tomorrow. Small stores filled with necessities. The idea of you in the middle of no where is everywhere. The road continues to get narrow. The last two left turns you make and the lonely road is all yours driving along side the mountains. Exotic birds fly before you as you look left and right grasping all greenery. Once there you will see a small baseball field type field and small houses wondering how in the world can you live in such secluded place where only birds and the bees care to roam. Once in the house, very nice well taken care of place. Everything you need except hot water. Pay no mind to no hot water. No need. It's hot and humid. Bats will fly around. A little larger than we are use to. Pay no mind there either. They are the masters of the night sky. The local parrots will sure to wake you around 530am. You will see fairly large lizards and iguanas from tree to tree. Take a camera. Memory sometimes forgets the that you see so much nature in every way. I counted 10 moth speices...one gecko with a chuncky tail, kinda beige. Countless birds. Butterflies so beautiful, you would want to become one. I can't thank Ed (host) for the opportunity like this. Yadira the care taker introduced me to her family and I'm speachless for her and their generosity. The river in which it is on is abundance of life. My 3 day stay does not give me the right to opinion on how this one small town in the middle of nowhere got me to see the bigger picture in a smaller world. Im going back for more asap!!!"

"Where do I start? As soon as you walk off the water taxi into the chaos of bocas town, and think you need a taxi? Don't! Just ask any local and they can point you in the right direction. Bocas is a walking town and just a couple short blocks away is the tranquility of Bocas Condos. Ring the bell and James or one of his attentive staff members will greet you as you enter the front garden. My condo was clean, comfortable and well decorated, as the pictures show. The air conditioner, cable tv and wifi all worked, just like home, which was important for me as I stayed for 17 days. All this within 2 blocks of the main park and restaurants/nightlife. The night clubs are loud well into the mornings, so it was nice being off the strip. Those couple blocks make a big difference if you like to sleep. I live in Panama and will definitely be back. Thankyou James and Staff"

"My husband and I stayed at Sarah's property for five days, and we had a fantastic time. This was our very first trip to Panama, and it was perfectly orchestrated with Sarah's help. I initially thought we would rent a car in Panama City and drive to Coronado, but I am so glad we didn't! Sarah arranged for Pedro to pick us up, which worked out perfectly. Pedro has spent many years in the USA, and his english is very good. He pointed out a few good restaurants in the area, and even took us by the market when we arrived in Coronado so we could grab a few things. We arrived in Coronado around 11:00 pm, and Vilma was there to show us to our place. Our casita was very cozy and came equipped with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was well stocked, the wifi was fast, and the a/c worked wonderfully. We also had a lovely view of the backyard and pool area. A short walk through the beautiful neighborhood will take you to a breathtaking white and black sand beach. We were actually visiting during the off-season, but we enjoyed plenty of sunshine, and we had the beach to ourselves. All of Sarah's casitas were occupied while we visited, and everyone was very friendly. At the end of our stay, Pedro brought us back to Panama City, and then returned a few days later to bring us to the airport. Overall I can say we had a great time here and we would definitely return in the future."
