"This is a lovely home with plenty of space. We rented this house because it had a private pool only to arrive and the pool was a frigid 60 degrees in November when it was 80-85 degrees every day we were there. Extremely disappointing since it was even discussed with the owner at the time of the rental that we were middle aged women wanting a private pool. To be clear, it is NOT a heated pool that you can use while you stay here, it is only to look at. We would not have rented this home if we knew this fact in advance.
This location is extremely remote so plan to drive 30+ minutes to about everything other than the Safeway & Walgreens nearby or the Trilogy resort."

"We were very lucky to book this house on short notice after circumstances forced us to change our original plans. We couldn't have been happier with the house. Thank you so much!
First of all, like some others have mentioned, the photos really don't do the house justice. It is very well set up, spacious and uncluttered with extremely comfortable furnishings. We had trouble getting our kids out of the massage chair!
The neighbourhood is quiet and a little out of the way - you certainly need a car to get around - but it's quite pleasant to walk around, and the pools are great. The unheated pool is only for the very brave in March, but the heated pool was lovely. The bikes provided a great way to explore.
Being on the northwest edge of Phoenix, it's fairly easy to get around without becoming stuck in traffic. We visited several parks - White Tank Mountain, Cave Creek (the horse trekking was excellent fun), Lake Pleasant and McDowell Mountain all offer a range of hiking trails from pleasant strolls to strenuous expeditions. It was also nice to be able to head north to Sedona when we left without battling traffic.
In summary, this was an ideal place to stay - a little out of the mainstream, but a great base to explore, and great value!"

"This was a truly enjoyable home. Well maintained, clean, comfortable beds. We stayed the month because our son was getting married. The kitchen was supplied so well it felt like home. The linens were plentiful, even had pool towels. We will stay again."

Our stay was just wonderful!!! 1 issue we had with pool lights, we received a call back right away and it was fixed."
