  • Sunspot exceeds

"We spent the last three months at Sunspot and we were not disappointed. Don and Joan have provided everything you need and are quick to respond to any questions that you may have. A thorough information binder is included, which facilitates the use of everything from the Saeco coffee maker, to the smart TV, to turning on the air conditioner and everything in between. Access to the Kiva Club (short drive or a 20 minute walk) is a real bonus. There are an unlimited amount of activities and facilities that are available to use and for the golfers in the group, Trilogy is a treat to play. The new Loop 303 provides easy access and all the shopping you require is only minutes away. We highly recommend staying at Sunspot."

  • FABULOUS!

"We have stayed at this property for 6 years now. We love it!! We are golfers that enjoy grilling out, sitting on the patio with a drink, playing cards, or just hanging out inside after a long day of golf. If you are a golfer, Quintero is one of the most well manicured, scenic, and challenging courses in the Phoenix area. Golf is my passion and I play LOTS of golf.......Quintero is one of my favorites. If you are not a golfer there are plenty of other things to do. The sky at night is unbelievable, the desert is gorgeous, and the house itself is wonderful. If you like sunshine, relaxation, a beautiful home, and great scenery then I recommend this property. We take 8 people and never feel cramped. All 8 of us love it. On top of all that the owners are great as well and we were lucky to have crossed paths. We plan on going back again for year 7."

  • A great family base for spring break in the sun

"We were very lucky to book this house on short notice after circumstances forced us to change our original plans. We couldn't have been happier with the house. Thank you so much! First of all, like some others have mentioned, the photos really don't do the house justice. It is very well set up, spacious and uncluttered with extremely comfortable furnishings. We had trouble getting our kids out of the massage chair! The neighbourhood is quiet and a little out of the way - you certainly need a car to get around - but it's quite pleasant to walk around, and the pools are great. The unheated pool is only for the very brave in March, but the heated pool was lovely. The bikes provided a great way to explore. Being on the northwest edge of Phoenix, it's fairly easy to get around without becoming stuck in traffic. We visited several parks - White Tank Mountain, Cave Creek (the horse trekking was excellent fun), Lake Pleasant and McDowell Mountain all offer a range of hiking trails from pleasant strolls to strenuous expeditions. It was also nice to be able to head north to Sedona when we left without battling traffic. In summary, this was an ideal place to stay - a little out of the mainstream, but a great base to explore, and great value!"
