"Excellent property in good neighborhood. Great furnishings and loaded with all the amenities you could ask for! Plenty of indoor space and a great backyard area with awesome pool! Great communication with homeowner who made the process easy. I am so happy and thankful that I found this gem and look forward to our next visit!"

"We were very lucky to book this house on short notice after circumstances forced us to change our original plans. We couldn't have been happier with the house. Thank you so much!
First of all, like some others have mentioned, the photos really don't do the house justice. It is very well set up, spacious and uncluttered with extremely comfortable furnishings. We had trouble getting our kids out of the massage chair!
The neighbourhood is quiet and a little out of the way - you certainly need a car to get around - but it's quite pleasant to walk around, and the pools are great. The unheated pool is only for the very brave in March, but the heated pool was lovely. The bikes provided a great way to explore.
Being on the northwest edge of Phoenix, it's fairly easy to get around without becoming stuck in traffic. We visited several parks - White Tank Mountain, Cave Creek (the horse trekking was excellent fun), Lake Pleasant and McDowell Mountain all offer a range of hiking trails from pleasant strolls to strenuous expeditions. It was also nice to be able to head north to Sedona when we left without battling traffic.
In summary, this was an ideal place to stay - a little out of the mainstream, but a great base to explore, and great value!"

"For the second week of our Arizona vacation we found this home to be very comfortable. Although at first we thought we were in the middle of nowhere, we later found all the amenities we needed close by. A list of local places and addresses would have helped orient us.
For those visitors wanting to spend time in downtown Phoenix, expect a long drive, sometimes through heavy traffic depending upon the time of day.
The home itself offered all the comforts of home, including the use of the garage for our car. The secluded back yard with heated pool was great. (It would be nice to have more detailed instructions on how to warm up the pool though.)
Suggestion: the towels could be upgraded. They were old and there was no bath mat."
