Even Better than the Photos!
"We just completed a week long stay this beautiful home from March 28 - April 4, 2015 and as I say in the title the place is even better than the photos show. Beautiful kitchen with a massive island, stainless appliances, awesome dining area table, immaculate furniture in the living room, beautiful and massive master bedroom and bath, comfortable 2nd bedroom and den, and relaxing back yard with grill and patio table all overlooking the golf course. We had a child with us and they even had a crib to use along with some toys. It was all around very awesome. The only slight issues are that it is slightly a longer walk to the pool. Possibly about a 10 minute walk. We ended up driving every day and it's literally a 2 minute drive if you do. Not at all a big issue. Very small in the grand scheme of things. The other part is that this house is a bit out of the way from any tourist type things in the Phoenix area as it's about 20-30 minutes even back to Mesa. Again, we were sort of looking for that but if you wish to be closer to the Phoenix area attractions that is something to think about. Overall though, it's a fantastic house that was immensely comfortable and in a great location."

"This home was awesome! This is a place where all you need to bring is your personal items! We enjoyed the hot tub, the bikes, the wonderful beds and the back yard. Doug and I hiked the beautiful San Tan Mountains Regional Park (just 15 minutes away) a number of times, we walked the neighborhood (where we felt completely safe), we swam at the Johnson Ranch pools and enjoyed watching the backyard bloom. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a beautiful home to relax in and enjoy."

"We had a great time in AZ. The house was more than we expected. It was very comfortable, clean, and had all the amenities needed. The private backyard faced south, so you get all the morning and afternoon sun on the large patio area. There is a also a green space and walking path directly behind the back yard. The putting green was also a bonus for us. We had use of the 3 different community pools, but only used 2. Frys Grocery store was close by as well as Walmart. There are many restaurants within driving distance. Queen Creek Shopping Center is within a 30 minute drive. The Olive Mill is approximately a 10-15 minute drive. And for the golfer, Johnsons Ranch Golf Course is down the road about 1 1/2 miles. There is also a free 9 hole pitch and putt not to far away. Thanks again to Mary and Ernie for letting us enjoy your home!"

"This house met all our basic needs and more. Comfortable beds and furniture. Close to shopping, banking, and restaurants. We liked the open area of the kitchen/living room. It was great for conversation or catching the nightly news while preparing meals. The grill worked flawlessly. Being from the Midwest, we liked this rental had a grass backyard and the community in general had lots of trees. Other than Johnson Ranch Blvd, the streets are quite and have sidewalks for our daily walks. The community pool was heated, which was nice.
One of the odd and wonderful things was that the grass in the backyard is bioluminescent. It glowed when walked on! No kidding. About a half hour after the late night sprinklers turned off (11pm?), everywhere we walked seemed to leave glowing footprints. The handyman confirmed it. If anyone figures out what it is, let us know!
Now, the not-so-good news. A previous renter had a pet who left some little "surprises" after their stay. It took a couple weeks, a couple visits by the yard man, and then my personal attention to detail to get the yard fully cleaned up. Not fun. Also, the garage door "code" inexplicably got wiped out. Since we used the garage for entry, and not the front door, we were charged to have the handyman let us in. We should have put the door key back in the lockbox (yup, our fault)."
