  • Every detail just perfect

"This home is beautiful, very clean and comfortable, and the backyard and landscaping is well maintained. The heated pool was especially appreciated. Location is ideal with a great grocery store only a few blocks away. Neighborhood is peacefully quiet and seemed very safe. Ken was always available with answers to the few questions we had while we spent two wonderful weeks here. It went by too fast!"

  • Great Winter Away!!

"Had a great 4 months in San Tan Valley! This house is very comfortable with lots of room and amenities - plenty of TV channels, Netflix, a great pool, comfortable beds, etc. Scott was extremely helpful and accommodating , even sending out a Christmas tree since we were here over Christmas! The backyard is wonderful for relaxing in the sun or shade, watching the golfers (great course to play too!) or enjoying the pool. Our visiting grandkids had hours of fun in the pool as did we. We took many trips to nearby attractions: San Tan Regional Park, Tonto National Forest/Globe, the Cliff Dwellings at Roosevelt, the Dolly Steamboat ride, drove the Apache Trail and went to several spring training baseball games to name a few. Also had some great food and fun at places like San Tan Flats, the Olive Mill, The Gym and Rosati's in San Tan Valley and the Historic Mining Camp Restaurant by Apache Junction. We highly recommend this home for a few days, weeks or months! The weather is great, the neighborhood friendly and Scott is a great owner to work with!! Thanks Scott for a wonderful winter. If we are back in the area this is a place we would love to come back to!"

  • Manitoba Canada

"We had a great time in AZ. The house was more than we expected. It was very comfortable, clean, and had all the amenities needed. The private backyard faced south, so you get all the morning and afternoon sun on the large patio area. There is a also a green space and walking path directly behind the back yard. The putting green was also a bonus for us. We had use of the 3 different community pools, but only used 2. Frys Grocery store was close by as well as Walmart. There are many restaurants within driving distance. Queen Creek Shopping Center is within a 30 minute drive. The Olive Mill is approximately a 10-15 minute drive. And for the golfer, Johnsons Ranch Golf Course is down the road about 1 1/2 miles. There is also a free 9 hole pitch and putt not to far away. Thanks again to Mary and Ernie for letting us enjoy your home!"

  • Even Better than the Photos!

"We just completed a week long stay this beautiful home from March 28 - April 4, 2015 and as I say in the title the place is even better than the photos show. Beautiful kitchen with a massive island, stainless appliances, awesome dining area table, immaculate furniture in the living room, beautiful and massive master bedroom and bath, comfortable 2nd bedroom and den, and relaxing back yard with grill and patio table all overlooking the golf course. We had a child with us and they even had a crib to use along with some toys. It was all around very awesome. The only slight issues are that it is slightly a longer walk to the pool. Possibly about a 10 minute walk. We ended up driving every day and it's literally a 2 minute drive if you do. Not at all a big issue. Very small in the grand scheme of things. The other part is that this house is a bit out of the way from any tourist type things in the Phoenix area as it's about 20-30 minutes even back to Mesa. Again, we were sort of looking for that but if you wish to be closer to the Phoenix area attractions that is something to think about. Overall though, it's a fantastic house that was immensely comfortable and in a great location."
