  • Amazing Condo!

"We just recently got back from a week's stay in the Bridge suite of Nautical Landings. There are four suites, two on the top floor with balconies (the Helm & Bridge) and two on the main level with patios (Port Bow & Starboard Bow). Both look directly out onto the Gulf - which I can tell you is a dream come true after 20 hours in a car. The condo is located about an hours walk from downtown (or a 5 minute drive), as it is on the north side of Dunedin. It is a great spot if you want to check out some Spring Training baseball games. We visited three fields while we were down - Yankees in Tampa (30 mins), Phillies in Clearwater (20 mins), and Jays in Dunedin (5 mins). If you want easy access to all of the bars and restaurants on Main Street, you may want a closer location, but there are places near by like Frenchy's Outpost or the Ozona Blue. The condo itself was clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the unit was very spacious. The dock and view was gorgeous. We saw dolphins almost every day, they would go right under the dock, which was amazing. I would probably keep the number of guests to four people, as with only two bedrooms, there can be a severe lack of privacy for whoever has to sleep in the living room. The guests in the neighbouring condos were all very friendly - even though all of our football teams clashed (Giants, Eagles, Colts, Patriots, and Packers). There was quite a feeling of community between everyone. The whole booking process was very easy, and Chuck and Terrie were both very friendly upon our arrival. I would highly recommend staying in their unit, and being a guest of Nautical Landings!!"

  • tiny house packs big benefits

"Yes, it is small but it was very comfortable, clean, quiet, and convenient. Lots of storage, off-street parking, private patio, dishwasher, and laundry room are features we appreciated. The location was perfect - close to the Pinellas Bike Trail, Downtown, and the water. The owner was helpful and friendly. We hope to stay again."

  • Exceeded our Expectations!

"This house is wonderful! We noticed that most people wrote their review in the guest book, but we wanted to share our feedback with others who are looking for a vacation rental in Dunedin. First of all, the home is more spacious than we expected with 3 very nicely appointed bedrooms and 3 BEAUTIFUL full bathrooms! It is also very comfortable -- feels like home, and no clutter. Seems like the owners have thought of everything: a closet full of extra towels including towels for the pool; two double towel racks at the back door entrance for drying wet towels from the pool; beautiful tiled shower in the bathroom off of the pool; large closets; dining room table that seats 6 comfortably; and comfortable pool furnishings, floats and more! It is also perfectly situated for easy access to the Pinellas Trail, the Tampa airport and Alternate 19, the coastal road that takes you south to the Clearwater area and north to Tarpon Springs. The most amazing feature of this beautiful home, however, is the POOL, enclosed in a large screen room and situated on a lot that backs up to the woods of Hammock Park! The view from the pool area is magnificent -- very tropical! The sun comes up on this side of the house and the semi-shade in the morning allows you to sit out there for hours comfortably, while still getting sun.....just perfect! It was a surprisingly private back yard, located in a quiet neighborhood and beautifully planted. This house is a real find!! We would highly recommend it!"
