About this property

Seaside Dream-Beachside view just steps away from the white sands of the Gulf!

Welcome to my beachside dream come true! I have been vacationing on the west coast of Florida for many years, and more recently at this very same condo. I am very happy that I had the special opportunity to buy it for myself!

My favorite spot is on the balcony, where you have an awesome view of the beach. Relax with coffee in the morning, or a cocktail in the evening. This fabulous condo is literally steps away from the beach, so you can walk the beach and enjoy some pretty spectacular sunsets.

Two parking spots are conveniently located in front of the unit, and under cover. Walk in and up the stairs to the bright and cheery first floor where you’ll find a beautifully updated and fully stocked kitchen, and a spacious living area with comfy seating. TV, cable, high speed internet and Wifi are all available. The dinette and kitchen counter seating offer plenty of room for meals. One of the beautifully updated full baths is also on the first floor.

There are two spacious bedrooms plus a loft area on the second floor. The master bedroom comes with a king size bed and updated master bath. The second bedroom has 2 comfortable double beds. The second floor also has a loft area with a queen sized bed. A washer and dryer are also on the second floor. Beach towels and chairs are provided for you for the beach, or to relax at the pool.

The entrance to the condos is gated for added security. Numerous restaurants are within 1/2 mile, several within walking distance.

NO SMOKING allowed in the condo NOR on the balcony. Seating and ashtrays provided in the carport area.

Enjoyed our stay at Pam’s Gulf Villa. The location is amazing just steps to the beach. The stairs are a little intimidating if you’re not use to stairs. The first level is the kitchen and seating area. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Plenty of seating for family and friends. The second level is bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable.Pam provides plenty of beach towels and chairs along with a wagon and umbrellas. We had a great two weeks with family and friends. Can’t wait to return. Pam was an absolutely wonderful host. Her place was beautiful and stocked extremely well. The location of this unit was terrific and I enjoyed spending time on the balcony. We loved being steps to the ocean and definitely plan on returning. The sand and water was beautiful. I especially enjoyed having Pickleball extremely close. Check-in was smooth, had one very minor issue which the owner took care of in less than 10 minutes. The place had all we needed for the beach. So much so that we realized we over-packed(good problem to have). We cannot wait to stay here again!!!

Perfect location! The beach is just steps from your door and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Super clean condo and updated throughout. Fabulous Getaway

Our two weeks on the beach was fabulous! The condo is in a great location with restaurants and coffee shops a short walk away. The sandy beach is steps away and you can walk it for miles. The condo was spotless when we arrived, it is adorable with a very beachy vibe. There are unique art pieces that make the condo so special. We have such a wonderful week at this property. It was perfectly located in the middle of enough to do but also quiet enough that when we went to the beach we were only seeing our neighbors and had plenty of beach space. We loved having the bedrooms upstairs so the early risers didn’t wake everyone. Kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed to cook meals when we chose to eat in. Pam was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. Looking forward to making this a regular stay every summer!

Perfect family beach house

Pam’s seaside beach house is the perfect place to make amazing family memories. It has everything you need to prepare any meal and the convenience to walk to several great restaurants. My husband and I rented for 2 weeks, and our adult kids joined us for a long Easter weekend, along with our 1 year old grand child. The kids loved the location for walking everywhere. Everything we needed for a perfect beach day was right there, including umbrella, lots of beach chairs and loads of beach towels. The beds are comfy and the overall vibe of the house is beach house, decorated in sea blues and greens. We loved everyday of our stay and look forward to coming back. This place is a 10/10.

This condo is better than pictured! Owner though of everything and more..... Beautifully decorated and comfortable and super clean. Kitchen is gorgeous and had everything needed to cook a delicious Thanksgiving meal. The beach is steps away and the complex is gated and feels super secure.... Close to a bunch of great places to eat. Even our little pooch enjoyed it! Definitely coming back. Thank you Pam.

I have lived and worked in and around Ohio all my life. Vacationing in Florida with my family or friends was always the perfect getaway from the dreary gray skies of Ohio winters! I am now retired and live back in the Dayton area - my hometown and where I grew up. When the opportunity to purchase this beautiful condo came about, there was no doubt in my mind that I wanted to own it. It has been a life long dream of mine, and I am so happy that my dream has finally come true.

Why they chose this property

For me, Indian Rocks Beach has that small town feel with the perfect blend of active and relaxed lifestyles. I feel right at home in my condo in Gulfside Villas. There is always something to see or do, and then there is always the beautiful beach or the pool for doing nothing all! To top it all off, I can view some of the most spectacular sunsets in the world!
