"Large enough for 4 families to co-exist with plenty of room for children and adults. Close to the beach and shopping. A few things needed fixed but nothing that really hampered the vacation."Guest: Walter H. Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: June 30, 2014View listing
"8 of us (two UK families) stayed in this fantastic villa, we couldn't have wished for more. We have been to Florida many times before and can honestly say this villa is up there with the best. Very well equipped inside and out, very comfortable and some really great features like the music system, dock area and tiki bar. We hired a boat which made the whole Cape Coral experience even better, visited our own secluded beaches and islands. Communication with Sylvie was always professional and all our questioned answered straight away. Would recommend this villa to anyone looking for relaxing Florida holiday near waterways, still travel to DW of you want a MM fix. Thanks Sylvie, sure we will be back."Guest: Dan Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: August 21, 2014View listing
"Spent a week here and had a great time. Location is wonderful, view from the screened-in balcony is beautiful, can't get any closer to the beach. Beach was very quiet even during this busy season, we practically had the area in front of the complex to ourselves many times. We rented bikes (Finnimore's delivered all 4 for $8) and it was an easy ride to Bailey's grocery store and several restaurants. We also rode to Tarpon Bay for an afternoon of kayaking. It was just shy of a 6 mile ride on paved trails to the lighthouse. Great dolphin-watching at the beach there! The unit is comfortably furnished and the use of the unit's beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels made it easy for us to enjoy the beach right away. If we had had bad weather--which we did not--there were board games, puzzles, and cards to keep us occupied. Wi-Fi was in good working order. Kitchen well-stocked with utensils and cookware, blender, etc. Hair dryer also appreciated, was not sure from the Royal Shell info that one would be available, but it was. There is an elevator if needed, but mostly we used the 2 flights of stairs near the unit which led straight to pool and beach. We also appreciated having covered parking in the hot FL sun. Owners were very friendly and helpful in answering questions before our stay. We would go back in a heartbeat!"Guest: Peggy Date of Stay: March 2014 Review Submitted: March 16, 2014View listing
"We stayed at Falcon House for a month and thoroughly enjoyed it! The house was very clean and had everything we needed to relax and unwind. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to stores. We really enjoyed the private beach! It was Shark Tooth Heaven!! Kevin was more than helpful, even referring us to a good mechanic when we had trouble with our truck. Overall, we were very impressed and would certainly recommend Falcon House and Vacation Rental Pros. Thanks for your hospitality!"Guest: Anonymous Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: August 26, 2014View listing
Bonita Beach Travel Tips
Welcome to Bonita Beach Vacation Rentals
Stick your toes in the sand and relax with a good book at Bonita Beach in sunny Florida. When you take advantage of Bonita Beach vacation rentals, you will have white beaches, warm ocean water and much more to enjoy. North of Naples on the Gulf of Mexico, Bonita Beach is a vacation destination for all ages. Rent one of the many available Bonita Beach condos that line the beach and get ready to enjoy your home-away-from-home.
One unusual destination a short distance away from Bonita Beach beach rentals is Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary, where you can view up to 200 kinds of birds. Keep an eye out for limpkin, anhinga, heron, idis and egret, to name a few. If warblers are more your style, listen up for the yellow-billed cuckoos and the black-throated green warblers. And don't forget to take a peek at the nesting wood storks -- the largest such colony in the US.
Koreshan State Park is another beautiful nature destination. You can walk through the gardens on your own, or take a guided tour. Trails wander by the Estero River, with its myriad of trees, including the traditional Floridian palmettos and palms. If you want to be on the water, grab a paddle and hop in a canoe. Take a break and stop for a picnic lunch or to explore one of the 11 restored buildings in the 200-acre park.
Enjoy the Condo
After all this nature exploring, you will be glad to head back to your condo, where you can make a home-cooked meal and watch the sunset. After dinner, if you still have energy, take a stroll on one of the miles of beaches right at your doorstep. You can even take a midnight swim in the ocean to cool off!
