"Gorgeous view and property! The house was bigger than I thought it was going to be. The bathrooms were nice and large. No cell and wifi (which I loved but others in our group were not fond of). Very close to the beach. We mostly drove as the walk was a little long and you had to go through the next door business for access to the stairs."

"The house had everything we needed. Perfect size for the 3 couples that stayed. Beautiful view from the deck, great place to have your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. We even saw Eagles fly by, hence the name. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. Great beach access. Could not of asked for more. We were so busy crabbing, getting oysters, muscles and steamers we didnt even get to use the fireplace on the deck but were able to enjoy our awesome bounty for dinner with a view to die for. It was so relazing and welcoming. I would highly reccomend this place. A very fair reasonable price. The owners were awesome to correspond with. I would not hesitate to stay again. A weekend just did not seem long enough. The loft upstairs was great. I so enjoyed waking up to the sun coming through the windows. So glad we found this Gem of a hideaway."

"This is the second time we've stayed at the lodge and have very much enjoyed the location and the lodge. It's on the Sol Duc, close to other rivers, within 30 minutes of the coast, and a plethora of hiking/fishing/boating opportunities.
The lodge itself has most everything you need...pots, pans, knives, roasters, kettles and bowls. Bring what you might feel as essential, but the rest is there.
The management company and owner are extremely responsive and helpful. They want your stay to be first class, and they do their job.
We'll be back again."
