"We had our family reunion here this past week and loved the Miramar house. It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The kids loved the bunk room downstairs. We enjoyed the traegar, fire pit, and the ample parking. It was nice being right next to the beach access road as it was an easy bike ride. thanks!"

"Met up with family from 3 different towns and it was easy and comfortable. Peaceful setting, comfortable for all ages. The 2 youngest ones enjoyed "camping" on the kid cots in the living room and all the floor space to play on. We saw deer and raccoons in the backyard at times. The only hard part really wasn't that hard...just knowing when it was safe to enter the house and leave it after disarming/arming the alarm and hearing the beeps. I don't have a house alarm so I was paranoid I wasn't doing it right and would set it off! The kitchen was nice and comfortable and a great gathering spot and nicely furnished. We didn't use the BBQ but did use the fire pit. I think I left my really nice baking dish there that I had brought lasagna in, so hopefully the next uses will enjoy it or bring it back to me in Portland. Suggestions to visitors: bring your own bath soap. There were enough towels for all of us, but it you stay more than a couple of days or have more than 6 people or so, you might want to bring your own. We rented a boat from across the way and cruised for about an hour and a half one day and it was fun. Would definitely recommend this home and hope to come visit again!"

"Set back from the road, we enjoyed how secluded it was. Plenty of room for the 11 of us adults & 3 kids, plus 3 more adults in an RV in the driveway. We really appreciated all the bathrooms & also the well-equipped kitchen. Several of us had fun taking the "nature trail" to the beach, but also nice to walk or drive about 1/2 mile down the road to the beach access. We highly recommend this place. If you do decide to stay here and happen to find a small black diary that says it belongs to Dickie Beck 1942 & 1943, please let Larry the owner know. My mom believes she accidentally left it there, it was Dad's journal when he was a boy and has great sentimental value. It may have worked its way under the couch cushions or under a piece of furniture or possibly in the bedroom downstairs next to the bathroom which is the room my mom had. Larry has already searched, but just in case it was missed I didn't think there was any harm in putting this on the review. Speaking of Larry, he was always extremely prompt getting back to us when we texted."
