The living room has a 65" Smart TV with a sound system for entertaining. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms including a 2nd-floor master. The home has a fireplace, covered front porch, and rear screened-in porch. The home is situated off of Green # 4 and boasts lovely views of the golf course and wooded area with a golf cart bridge. Guests can enjoy 1 outdoor pool, a heated indoor lap-sized pool, hot tub, two saunas, indoor showers adjacent to the pools, six Har-Tru tennis courts, basketball courts, ping-pong, a well-appointed fitness center, outdoor theater, onsite restaurant, shops, and two playgrounds with the purchase of amenity passes.

Sheet sets and towel sets will be delivered to your rental prior to your arrival. Guests are responsible for putting linens on the beds as well as removing linens and placing them in the provided linens bags at the end of the reservation. A Starter Kit is provided with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, a 3oz bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, and a 13gal kitchen trash bags. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed. Linen package includes sheet sets for each bed and bath towels per person.
