Typical Tuscan house, welcoming and spacious. The living area has a traditional fireplace where, in the past, families used to gather on winter evenings after having dinner and waiting to go to bed. They read stories or talked about what had happened during the day. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms, one with a single bed and a bathroom.
Massarella is a balcony on the "Padule di Fucecchio", the most important wetland in Italy. Ideal place for bird watching and nature hikes. Massarella is close to the most beautiful tourist attractions in Tuscany.

Haus mit malerischer Terasse

Da das Haus durch die Bilder bereits sehr realistisch wiedergegeben wird, gebe ich hier wie immer (hoffentlich wertvolle) Zusatzinformationen. Das Dörfchen liegt an einer ruhigen Straße ohne Durchgangsverkehr, aber relativ zentral zu den nördlichen Städten der Toskana. Zum Einkaufen oder Tanken braucht man 15 Minuten Fahrt zum nächsten Ort. Geparkt wird auf dem eigenen, nachts beleuchtetem Grundstück. Die Terrasse hat man ganz für sich allein und ist für andere nicht einsehbar. Auch die Nachbarn sind sehr ruhig, nur mit etwas Entengeschnatter am Abend ist zu rechnen. Das Haus bewohnt sich noch gut mit 4 Personen. Der Fernsehempfang ist komplett italienisch. Über den 20Mbit-Internetanschluss lässt sich aber auch Netflix und Co. schauen und das WLAN reicht knapp bis auf die Terrasse (den Router links vom Radio hinstellen). Handyempfang ist voll gegeben. Wer tagsüber mit den Fensterläden abschattet, hat es auch im Sommer kühl. Der Mückenschutz ist auf dem Lande nachts pflicht, liegt aber in der Küche vorrätig.
