Fall 2026 and Holidays AVAILABILE!! - in our beautifully furnished 1st floor condominium overlooks the seventh fairway green of the Plantation’s Panther championship course - (an LPGA qualifier has been played here for the last 29 years) with a beautiful swimming pool solely for the residents at Farmington Vistas.

October thru December 2026 available monthly rental.

The tranquility and natural beauty of the area makes for an ideal vacation or extended stay. Some of Florida’s best beaches are a mere 12 minute drive. There are more than 10 public or semi-private golf courses within 8 miles. Fishing, boating, biking and birding, there is plenty to offer the active outdoors enthusiast. Shopping and dining in Venice are also top-notch. Spending a month in beautiful Venice will rejuvenate the soul and enjoy a wonderful warm holiday season in Venice.

This ground floor unit allows easy access without any stairs or elevators. Parking is available for one vehicle under the detached carport with additional off-street parking for guests.

The convenient galley kitchen is fully equipped with electric ceramic cook top and oven, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster as well as all kitchen and dining ware. Additional cabinets which provides storage your personal provisions.

The bright and airy master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in wardrobe, cable television, en-suite bath with walk-in shower and two separate vanities. Sliding glass doors from the master bedroom enter onto the screened lanai. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and dresser, closet and cable TV with the adjacent full bath with a full tub.

Full-size washer and dryer off the back lanai. Linens, bath and beach towels are supplied. The main living room has sliding glass doors which open onto a tiled and screened lanai overlooking the golf course.

The screened and tiled lanai is southwest-facing and has outdoor seating for dining for four along with private patio to view the golfers. Both the lanai and patio offer partial shade throughout the day so you can sit and relax out of the sun.

The Farmington Vistas community heated pool and clubhouse is steps away and free for your use. Community barbecue grills and Wi-Fi are available at the clubhouse.
High speed wi-fi in the condo for easy internet access throughout the condo.

Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Unit was spotless, well equipped and very comfortable. Has great location, shopping, dining and beaches, were easy to get to. You are, very short walk to pool. Pool area and conduct of people there, was nice to be, a part of. Don't play golf, but unit is on course, if you play. Loretta, is great, period. She helped, at every step of rental. If someone needed somewhere to stay, feel safe and really relax, in a great place, call Loretta.

As skiiers and golfers, we love the outdoors and Venice offered everything for warm activities, without the busy town feels. Relaxing on the beach, swimming, kyacking and golf as well as being with family and friends is what's important

We fell in love with Venice's charm and quaintness, along with the miles of relaxing beaches. The Plantations is fun beautiful community and close to the beach, restaurants and entertainment. 40 minutes to Sarasota, 25 to Siesta Key for day trips

Beautiful sunsets from the back patio. Wonderful community pool with welcoming neighbors and fun activities. Extra Storage in shed for bikes, clubs and gear!
