Kitchen was just beautifully remodeled and completed on Dec 11, 2015. All stainless appliances and granite counters. We installed a new huge picture window in the kitchen so you can see all the activity at the lift, slopes, ski school, halfpipe, competitions, and mountains.

This is a strictly NO SMOKING, NO PET condo

Walk out your private front door overlooking the lift and slopes, strap on your boards and you are on THE Rocky Mountain Super Chair.

Take the Gondola up the hill or down into town center for shopping. If you want to be in town let me know.

Imperial Express lift is right there. Highest Lift in North America. Amazing Views of the Mountains and Slopes.

High speed wireless internet-bring your notebook.

Clean, updated unit-fully equipped sleeps up to 10 with four queen beds and a sofa sleeper.

No smoking, no pets please.

Garage parking for 2 cars. You are on the main floor--no elevators to ride-no walking.

You are 2 minutes to town center where all the restaurants, shopping and activities are. Drive, walk or take the trolley.

There are two community hot tubs and Gas BBQ which overlook the lift and slopes.

Ski schools and children's center are right there. Restaurants next door. In summer visit the Alpine slide, miniature golf, biking, hiking, bungee and other activities.

3 night minimum with exceptions if there is a time slot. 5 night minimum peak season if booking is over a weekend--with exceptions. Always ask.

Rates and minimum nights are not cast in stone. We can be very flexible based on if you can take a slot between 2 other bookings, take more nights and last minute leftovers.

This is Kim, we enjoyed our stay in your truly was the "perfect" location!! Loved the ski in/ski out we are now officially spoiled and will never do skiing another way! We really liked Breckenridge/the town restaurants etc... as well.

AMAZING location and views !!!!!!

This is REALLY a true ski in/out location!!! Awesome to be able to wake up and prepare your own breakfast, head out to your private locked ski locker, ski down to the lift(s), and start your day of skiing. Just as easy to break for lunch, relax in the condo for a bit, and head back out. Makes sense to save some money and prepare your meals in the condo. There were plenty of pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc. and several grocery stores to choose from. The bedrooms were very quiet, and comfortable beds as well. The view out the kitchen window is awesome. We had so much fun after a day of skiing, watching them groom the hill, and early in the morning, watching the lift operators, ski patrol, etc. arrive.

The entry hall of this unit has a long bench, "pegs" to hang your coats and ski pants on, and storage cubbies for storing your helmets, gloves, goggles, .... really any ski gear that you want to keep warm and keep in one location. Keep your boots under the bench!

If we are lucky enough to ski again in Breckenridge, this is definitely where we want to stay!!!

Awesome Place!

This was my second time staying in this unit at Skiwatch. I have stayed in several other units over the years and this unit by far is the best. Its location and views are priceless. It is well kept and very clean. I am already planning to book again for next year!

Even better the sencond time!

This unit has it all and the view has been enhanced by the opening of the Grand Colorado Resort. I visited 2016 and the complex was still under construction. Now #104 overlooks multiple hot tubs that provide a light show at night and a path to Robbie's Tavern where the meals were exceptional.

This place was amazing, a true ski in/out place.

This place was awesome, super comfortable and a true ski in/out. Perfect specially having kiddos, we just skied to the condo for lunch and went back out to the slopes, absolutely perfect. Highly recommend this place. Owner was great to communicate with and everything went smoothly.

Breckenridge vacation

I can't say enough good things about this apartment it's incredibly well laid out the kitchen is absolutely beautiful and the apartment is very spacious but the best thing is the view of peak Eight! The location was fantastic The tram is only about 300 yards away it will carry you downtown where all of the shops and restaurants on. If you have children there's a amusement park directly behind the apartment. Wonderful trails to walk as well. The owners are respectful and extremely easy to deal with. The only negative is that the apartment complex does not have a pool.
