Luxury Beach Villa with Pool two blocks to the Beach

A beautiful two-story house with swimming pool. Two blocks to the Beach and famous Hollywood Beach Broadwalk.

Four bedrooms; having a king sized bed in the master bedroom and a queen sofa, a king sized bed in the second bedroom, a two queens in the third bedroom, and two queens in the fourth bedroom. A Professional Pool table for entertainment. Also, central A/C, WI-FI, cable TV, washer & dryer for convenience. The backyard is nice and spacious with a pool, featuring sitting area and a grill.

Short walk to the Beach. A 5 minute drive to Young circle Arts Park in downtown Hollywood, where great restaurants, nightlife and weekly activities like movies, concerts, and food trucks for the whole family take place. A 15-minute drive from Cruise ship Port Everglades & Ft. Lauderdale Airport, and a 30-minute drive from Miami International Airport or Port of Miami. Right next to Hollywood boardwalk with nice beachfront restaurants, live music, and a newly constructed Margaritaville resort. Roughly twelve minutes drive from this home is a Gulfstream Park that has horse racing, a casino, bowling, dining, and shopping - perfect for the whole family to enjoy. Gambling at the Hard Rock Casino and nearby Dania's Antique district. Right in the middle of Miami and Fort Lauderdale. Nothing beats this great location in the core of the historic city of Hollywood.

Great house with four bedrooms. Fantastic soaking tub in master bathroom. Pool was perfect for the kids to spend all day in, with iguana friends coming to visit on the side. A little disappointing that there were no pool toys/floats and no towels (we bought some at Walmart). Spacious kitchen, but *very* limited supplies - decent pots but not even one sheet pan and no basics (salt, pepper, oil, etc.). Location was great as it was super easy to get to everything - beach, groceries, tons of restaurants. We would definitely go back, but would need to plan better around daily supplies.

Hollywood Beach

Great location. Easy to uber to Airport and walking distance to the Broodwalk. The home was dated and not well kept. Pool table was not really useable, kitchen benches (chairs in photo) were questionable, outdoor kitchen was not useable, random pool inflatables strewn in bushes, animal feces around pool, no hose to clean up, etc.

Well equipped house conveniently located in Hollywood

My friends and I came in town to attend the Miami Open. The house was perfect for our group and we would stay there again!

Great Group Property

The owners were very responsive. The house was clean but there were small differences from the listing photos. Parking is limited but they give you options for parking more then two vehicles. Overall my group emjoyed our stay.

House was exactly as advertised, great location, and communication with the host was fantastic both before and during our stay. We had an awesome stay here and will definitely be back if/when we return to the area!

Hollywood beach property

This property was in a good location. It definitely needed better cleaning as there was sand on the floors from previous renters. Also, there are no kitchen towels except one. If we wanted to do wipe off counters, dry a dish, or dry our hands we had to use paper towels. There isn't even salt and pepper so if you plan to cook you literally have to buy EVERYTHING. Most rentals will at least have salt and pepper, a few spices, and cooking spray but this unit had NOTHING. Hot tub didn't work which it sounds like hasn't worked for quite sometime. And it would be nice if they could provide beach towels so we didn't have to pack them. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Fun stay

Place was great for families. Would definitely stay here again. Only issue, which wasn’t a big deal is the outside pool area and patio was a little beat up. Very fun stay

Amazing Location

The location of this property was excellent and enabled us to walk to the beach in an short 15 min walk. The pool and the backyard was stunning and we spent most of our time there. We would absolutely stay here again it was just little things that preclude us from giving it 5 stars. We had one little key to lock the door and would feel a digital keypad lock would be a huge improvement to access the house. One thing that drove my wife crazy was the watered down hand soap. We don't know if that was the previous guests that watered down but it was in every room and excessive. Thanks again for a wonderful week!

Just perfect

This house was just perfect for our family reunion this August!! With covid and high temperatures , we rarely left the house - and it provided a perfect combination of pool time (beautiful!) as well as comfy rooms to hangout all together. Each room had just the right touch of comfy and style to accommodate our multigenerational family. I would highly recommend this home to other families.

Nice getaway

The owners were very accommodating and made the process really easy. Although on a busy street, the house was well located and a short walk to the beach. The outdoor area was perfect and where we spent all of our time. The house is spacious and while clean, came with almost no supplies (so we had to rush out for paper towels, trash bags etc as soon as we arrived) and was a little run down (moldy shower curtain, damaged walls). Overall it was a pleasant experience.

We loved this house!

This was a beautiful home and had plenty of room to accommodate every guest. It was very clean and had all of the supplies we needed. Would highly recommend and will stay here again if ever in the area.
