Relaxing Lakefront Retreat With Spectacular Views of Lake Metonga

The house is located on the quiet North shore of beautiful Lake Metonga. The house has the most stunning view of the lake. It is only a 5 minute walk to downtown Crandon, where you will find great little boutiques, gift shops and local eateries. The house is one mile from the Crandon City Beach and the public boat landing. You also have the option of riding your boat across the lake to Charlies, the restaurant on the south side of Lake Metonga. You will have the use of your own private dock from June through the beginning of October, weather permitting.

Our home is the perfect place for your summer vacation for hiking, biking, and lake life of fishing, boating and swimming. The house is in a GREAT LOCATION!!!

The deck provides you a great place to relax as an occasional eagle fly’s by or watch ducks and loons float along the shore. Our 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom home has contemporary decor and is fully furnished with all the comfort you need to have an excellent vacation. There is a new weber genesis II grill.

The living room features beautiful vaulted ceilings, corner stone fireplace, brand new furnishings and large windows making the space a lake lover’s paradise. The open concept living space, kitchen and dining room allow guests to mingle as you create a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen with all new cabinets, Alpine White quartz countertops and all new black stainless appliances. You will enjoy the incredible lake views of Lake Metonga from any area in these rooms. If you prefer some alone time you can relax out in the sunroom while looking at the stunning view of the lake.

The Master bedroom has a king size bed, with his and her closets. The newly renovated master bath has a beautiful walk in shower.

The second bedroom has one queen size bed. The third bedroom is located in the basement. It has a full size bed. There is a futon in the sunroom.

This is a wonderful place to get together with friends and family for a relaxing lake experience.

Our 2nd time coming back to this house. Beautiful views. The home has everything you need. Two minutes from the boat launch. We caught lots of perch, and saw eagles and loons. Very relaxing.

Stayed here while doing a jeep jamboree. Close to the casino which is where the event was held but a nice drive to a great cottage and lake. Did some swimming and fishing. Good time

We loved the lake! Close to boat launch. Easy walk to town. House was clean and comfortable. Nice having the grill! Quiet neighborhood. It was so pleasant sitting on the porch by the lake.

Weekend vacation

This is a beautiful home! My family stayed here, we have three children under the age of 4, they referred to the lake view as a beautiful “ocean” view. It was a lovely place to stay, clean, great room sizes and cozy. The owners are very respondent to messages and also extremely accommodating. I would recommend this location!

Oh Metonga!!

This is our second summer at lake Metonga and our second stay at this property! We love the well maintained home, the patio overlooking the water and the ease of having our own dock!!

Very nice! The owners are/have invested a substantial amount of resources on upgrading the interior/exterior of this property…..well done. Property maintenance may want to address mice in the dwelling. We heard them at night and spotted one running along the inside wall.

Relaxing getaway

We had a great time! The house was great. Location was great. We rented a pontoon and the public launch was only 2 minutes down the road. We didn’t catch many fish, but everyone had a blast! The house was well stocked with anything we needed. My husband asked if we could do it again next year 😀 It was the relaxing getaway that I needed.

Great Escape

Such a great property. Plenty of space and amenities to enjoy. All the rooms are a good size, the view is absolutely wonderful! The water is rocky but just recommend bringing some kind of coverage for your feet (which the hosts have some to borrow) and than it was a great swimming spot, otherwise the public beach is just a couple of minutes away. Such a beautiful and relaxing escape in the north woods.

Family summer lake vacation

We were able to have our daughter, her spouse and 2 children, and our son and daughter in law from Baltimore all together for a week of family fun. The cottage was a great place to relax, be together and just have fun. We boated, fished, biked, swam, paddle boarded, and more. The cabin has a great view of the lake. I might look for place with a little more privacy and a fire pit next time, but these were minor issues and I definitely wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this cabin to a friend.
