The master suite has a large king-sized bed with access to balcony, en suite bathroom and large walk-in closet. The guest bedroom a queen bed, and there is a separate twin mattress in the walk-in closet available for use. Both bedrooms have televisions with cable. The kitchen has bar seating and is equipped with all you need to cook your favorite meals and brew your morning coffee. The living area has a brand new leather power reclining sofa (all three large seats recline). Balcony access available from the living area and the master suite. Full sized laundry available in separate room across the hallway from the front door. Lounge chairs, sand toys and boogie boards are stored in that closet. The condo is beach front with direct beach access from the pool deck, with a locked private gate. Library and fitness room available on first floor.

The Van Lee is the tallest beachfront building in Ormond Beach and is in a great location for your next beach vacation. Shopping, groceries and restaurants are within walking or short drive distance. There's plenty to do in Ormond Beach, with its parks, shopping, mini golf, golf courses, pickleball and tennis courts and beautiful gardens up and down Granada Blvd beachside and across the Halifax River. Orlando, St. Augustine, Disney, Jacksonville and Cape Canaveral and the Space Center are all around an hour's drive.

You might see dolphins from the balcony in the morning; the pool is also shaded in the late afternoon if the kiddos need to get out of the sun for awhile.
