YOUR HAPPY PLACE IN THE SUN! 4 BR 2 BA fully remodeled home furnished with everything your family will want to enjoy the beautiful HEATED private pool and screened lanai overlooking the canal teaming with fish, alligators, ducks, turtles, and more! Watch manatees swim by while at the beach or enjoy the light breeze on the quiet bike path at Boca Grande or take a short drive to one of the many nearby beaches, walking paths, and biking paths. Five golf courses are a part of the quiet Rotonda West subdivision tucked away yet accessible to all amenities. Rent a kayak, jet ski, or boat at one of the nearby marinas. Open concept home has been newly renovated and includes stainless steel appliances, granite counters, living room, family room with 65" flat screen tv, private master suite with high thread count sheets, and down comforter. Other bedrooms provide two queen beds and two twin beds sleeping at least 8 people. 2 Bikes, 2 beach chairs, plenty of linens, towels, blow dryers, and fully stocked kitchen available for your use. First impression of property was terrible, small parking area with concrete blocks, and weeds all

Definitely misrepresented on VRBO. Will not ever rent again in Rotunda West and never use VRBO again.

Judy, I’m so sorry you were disappointed in our property. During the raining season that you visited, keeping up with weeding can be a challenge. Sorry about that. My property listing says in multiple places that their is parking spaces for only 2 cars which fit in our 1 car driveway. Yes, we have added twenty-six 18” square concrete pavers to include an additional 3rd parking spot. I feel like that your 1 star review is quite picky and ridiculous for just reasons you posted. I guess a some people are hard to please. We average 91.6% FIVE STAR reviews and out of hundreds of reviews our average review is 4.91 STARS.

We enjoyed our time at the house and in the pool . House was completely adorable and filled with everything that was needed . The only problem we had we the pool person came by and only adding chlorine tabs and didn’t add water to pool or didn’t vacuumed or clean the pool . Luckily my husband knew how to take care of the pool . Which he vacuumed and cleaned pool after pool person left . Otherwise we had a wonderful time . We would recommend this property to anyone .

Spacious updated home off beaten path

The house is decorated beautifully and the view of the canal was nice with lots of bird sightings. The saltwater pool was lovely but we had a hard time getting the heat to go up despite telling the pool guys who came on random days without notice. We went to Boca Grande and Manasota Key and the beaches were beautiful. We stayed 4 weeks and enjoyed our time. There aren’t a ton of restaurants around it’s more of a residential quiet neighborhood. The house is not great for dogs as the speed limit is 35 and there are no sidewalks so you have to walk in the street until you get to a cross street. We played pickleball at the community park. The beds were very comfortable. There were beach chairs and a cooler available Which we used frequently. I would recommend staying here.

Winter break in paradise

Our family with friends spent wonderful 3 weeks at the Elliott's beach get away in Rotonda West in December and January of 2021/22. We loved the house, beautiful big pool (they don't build them so big any more) and spacious pool deck. We had many happy hours on the pool deck overlooking the canal with an abundance of wild birds: Ibis, Sandhill cranes, Igrits, wood storks and much more. Beautiful and relaxing. The house is very spacious and clean, we only added a few wine classes for our holiday meals to the kitchen. Everything else was perfect and nicely updated. It's close to the beaches in Englewood and Gasparilla island and several restaurants (TJ's grill or Ken and Barb's are really close. We also had a wonderful al fresquo dinner at the Waverly at Englewood beach). If you like to bike, there are 2 bikes in the garage (adult size), there might be 1 more for kids? We hiked and biked the area and also used the Rotonda West's tennis courts which are a short drive away. We will be back! Thanks Claudette and Mark!

Spacious, bright, beach vibe house

My family and friends stayed for 5 days, 3 adults and 5 children. There was plenty of space and very open, even with us all. It was wonderful. The house is bright inside and gives off a beach vibe. The screened in heated pool was wonderful to have for the times one does not go to the beach. And it was a large spacious area. The back of the house faces to the west which made every evening wonderful to watch the sun set. With all the amenities, it felt easily like home away from home with added benefits.

the layout and location of the home is very good. the road is busy and the neighborhood is ok. The proximity to beaches and quietness of the area is what we were looking for. The house served our needs and was comfortable. The pool and backyard are also nice. The house could use some organizing and fine tuning . We would stay here again.

The home was pleasant it was equipped with everything we needed. We loved the pool and spent allot of time in there. Our grandchildren loved it. There were bikes in the garage and used them in the early evening for bike rides in the neighborhood. The grill was great for grilling. It was exciting being by the canal and would see big fish and alligators swimming by. Overall it was very pleasant! Any questions we had Claudette responded very quickly.
