Watch manatees swim by while at the beach or enjoy the light breeze on the quiet bike path at Boca Grande or take a short drive to one of the many nearby beaches, walking paths, and biking paths. Five golf courses are a part of the quiet Rotonda West subdivision tucked away yet accessible to all amenities. Rent a kayak, jet ski, or boat at one of the nearby marinas. We purchased this beautiful property and gutted it down to the bare walls and built it back to a brand new gorgeous home. Open concept with great views of the pool and canal in the back yard.
