Our beautiful property is located in an established neighborhood where homes are situated on 3/4-1.5 acre lots that allow plenty of privacy.

We're just a short walk to Manasota Beach and S Venice Lemon Bay Nature Preserve. If you elect to drive to the beach, it will take less than 2 minutes to get there and parking is FREE!

10-15 minute drive to historic Dearborn St in downtown Englewood, Englewood beachside restaurants and bars, downtown Venice Island, and new Wellen Park!

The fully stocked kitchen with new stove and oversized breakfast bar opens into the family room and features:

There are plenty of "everyday" dishes, formal dishes, glassware, barware, pots and pans and even a bread pan to enjoy home-cooked meals. Pendant lights hang over the breakfast bar and subtle LED lights provide an ambient glow around the breakfast bar at dusk.

FAMILY ROOM:
The family room is designed for utmost comfort and relaxation with multiple seating areas, oversized rug, side tables and board games. It features remote controlled ceiling fan, gas fireplace for an occasional chilly FL winter evening and 75" Samsung Quantum LED SmartTV with Roku and HDMI connections for your smart devices. Family room opens onto screened lanai and pool area.

DINING ROOM:
The dining room with a table for 6 and upscale wall art overlooks a small courtyard with tropical plants and crystal fan/chandelier.

LIVING ROOM/OFFICE:
The living room features a plush sofa and work desk with chair for the days when work calls. We provide our guests with fast high-speed WiFi internet and even a printer! Living room has a floor-to-ceiling sliding glass door that can be opened for true indoor-outdoor living experience.

MASTER BEDROOM:
The Manasota Villa has a split floor plan with the master bedroom secluded on the West side of the property. It features a plush expansive king size bed with hotel-grade mattress, Samsung Quantum LED 55" SmartTV, soft rug, nightstand lamps with USB chargers and private entrance onto the screened lanai and pool area. Master bedroom on-suite features a walk-in closet, his-and-hers sinks, walk in shower and soaking tub overlooking hibiscus hedge and mature palm trees that provide utmost privacy.

GUEST BEDROOM #1:
First guest bedroom is on par with the master bedroom and situated on the opposite side of the property. It offers plush king size bed with hotel-grade mattress, 45" Samsung SmartTV, nightstand lamps with USB chargers and a soft rug.

GUEST BEDROOM #2:
Second guest bedroom is designed for children, teens and visiting guests. It features bunk beds (twin-size top bed and full-size lower bunk) as well as an additional full-size bed. This bedroom features tasteful nautical decor with a large window overlooking the pool.

LAUNDRY ROOM:
Features new washer and dryer as well as washing detergent starter pack. Also in the cabinets above the appliances are hand-held steamer and an iron.

We had a wonderful month long stay at this gorgeous property. The home is beautifully and comfortably furnished, and the kitchen is well stocked with everything one might need and more. The pool was heated and we spent most of our time on the lanai which provides both sun and shade. The neighborhood was quiet, and I loved hearing the songbirds and watching the butterflies outside the pool cage. Our hosts stayed in touch with us to be sure everything was to our satisfaction. Best ever VRBO experience.

Relaxing and beautiful

Our group of six adults recently spent 4 weeks at this wonderful location. Walking through the neighborhood and to the beach was easy and safe. We spent much of our time within the enclosed pool area with hot tub, chaises, sun and shade. The house was spacious and comfortable. The owner/hosts were exceptionally responsive and professional in dealing with our questions and concerns. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing, quiet and private getaway.

Wonderful property. We had a fantastic time staying here and would highly recommend. It is located halfway between Englewood and Venice so you have a number of beautiful beaches right on your doorstep. We preferred to take a short drive and go to Venice beach during the day as it has really good facilities but we also enjoyed walking to Manasota beach in the boot watch the sunset. The house itself is immaculate and has everything you could possibly need and more. The owners were very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. We really loved the pool area there is a large lanai with sun loungers which was perfect for relaxing in the afternoons. All in all, a wonderful experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone visiting the area.

My husband and 2 sons had a wonderful stay at this property. Only 15 mins walk from the beach. Very clean and well equipped. We enjoyed many afternoons in the spa pool area and evenings using the outside seating area. Our hosts were exceptional, great communication throughout our stay especially as they kept us informed on what to do about Hurricane Idalia. Fortunately no damage was done and we were able to continue our holiday.

We really enjoyed our stay!

We are return snowbirds to this area because we enjoy what Venice and Englewood have to offer and like being close to Manasota Beach as well as shopping and restaurants. This property is at the top of our list of places we have stayed. It was very clean and well taken care of. The furnishings and amenities were top-notch. Our bed was very comfortable. I've never had such a well-stocked kitchen at a rental property before. The two best things about staying here are: 1)the outdoor space is wonderful and we loved the pool and jacuzzi; and 2) the responsiveness of Alex and Era was phenomenal. They did everything possible to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We would love to come back and stay again in the future.

Absolute perfection!

My family and I rented this beautiful home because it looked large, comfortable and modern. It was all that and more. Before we arrived we had multiple contacts with the homeowners. Era and Alex assured us that they would take care of any concerns we might have. They did that and more. There were housewarming gifts waiting for us that included, chocolates, tea and a bottle of wine. A detailed message board with local dining recommendations, Wifi and contact info as well. Their home guide was thorough, helpful and well organized. The house is beautiful, spacious and modern and the outdoor space was just the same. We enjoyed the pool, lounging on the deck the outdoor space including the mini fridge for convenience. The beach is either a short walk or quick drive from the house (just over a half mile) Manasota Beach never disappoints. Unfortunately, there were some issues with red tide this year but it didn’t keep us from searching for sharks teeth and enjoying the sun. We were in need of another beach chair and Alex ran out and brought us two the very next day. There was absolutely nothing that Era and Alex forgot when designing this home for guests including smart technology throughout the home. My family and I have stayed on Venice Island and Manasota Key for 13 years now and in many different homes. Although we have enjoyed them all, this house and the owners have been the best of them all and we will certainly rent from them again.

My husband and I stayed in this beautiful home for 16 nights. There were plenty of dishes, cutlery, glasses and cookware. And plenty of other things as well. The pool was warm and clean and the lani was very large with comfortable chairs. We ate outside many times. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. We walked every morning and found very friendly people. Era emailed me several times to make sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything. She is very friendly and kind. We had a nice surprise when we arrived. Era had left some treats to enjoy during our stay. Which we did very much. We highly recommend this beautiful home for your next vacation! Superb villa in a pretty area

Communication with owners was prompt and friendly. Alex and Era went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable and met with our expectations. Their house is beautiful, exceptionally clean, spacious and has all the mod cons you would expect and a few more besides. The terrace area is large and very private due to screening. The heated pool and spa proved to be irresistible. The house is located in a quiet area and within walking distance of the beach. We arrived in South Venice just 2 weeks after Hurricane Ian hit the Gulf shores, so unfortunately there was a lot of debris but this did not detract from our visit and indeed the massive clear up operation was well under way by the time we left and we got to see that Venice really is a very pretty area.

Family vacation

5 stars isn’t enough for this property. We had our first family vacation here. We picked this location as it was close to the beach, had a pool, and was a good location for what we were looking at doing. This house is beautiful and well taken care of. There is everything you can think of that you would need. Communication with Era and Alex was very good as well. They were both quick to respond to any emails or messages we had. Would definitely recommend this property to family and friends to stay at.

Vaccinated Vacation Getaway

The house and location were wonderful. The beach is .9 miles away, but it was easier to drive schlepping beach paraphernalia. There’s a large free parking lot at the beach. The house was as pictured. The kitchen was well equipped with even a crockpot. The pool is amazing! There were several days we didn’t even leave the property. The owners answered any questions promptly. We highly recommend this property when visiting the west coast of Florida.

Lovely, Upscale, Updated Villa

We loved, loved our time in this home. Alex and Era responded quickly to any questions we had. It "sparkled" with cleanliness which we appreciated during the Pandemic. Trust the listing pictures! This villa is a gem. No dated furniture or ugly wall colors. Comfortable beds! Close to the North, less crowded beach of Manasota Key--our favorite! Bikes to ride which our grandsons loved. Beach chairs for the beach. Quiet neighborhood-- we loved walking around it. Within walking distance to a nice nature preserve. But the pool and pool cage were stunning with comfy furniture. The sun fell on the pool all day but it was also heated to a comfortable temperature with Smart Home technology each morning for our old bones.

Manasota Beach is just a short walk across a scenic Lemon Bay bridge. S Venice Lemon Bay Preserve is a 3 minute drive. Historic Dearborn Street in Englewood is a 10 minute drive. Venice Island with all its beautiful shops and great restaurants is 12 minutes away. And newly developed Wellen Park with farmer’s market, restaurants and shops is a 15 minute drive.
