Overall very good

Excellent location, very nice pool and hot tub. Place was clean and well equipped. Main road and bars right across the street were a little loud at night, but extremely convenient if you like that. Overall was very good place to stay.

Awesome stay!

The location of the condo is fantastic! Within walking distance of all the cool things Scottsdale/old town have to offer. The complex was nice and secluded as well. Great place to stay!

Condo was as advertised, pool area was nice, great location walkable to old town. Will likely stay here again when in Scottsdale.

Great Unit

Very well located. Less than 10 minute walk to Saddlebag Trail street. Less than 20 minute walk to Western themed part of old town Scottsdale. Also, the condo was very well equipped. Would stay there again.

The unit is close to restaurants and shopping. It has a nice heated pool and big hot top. We enjoyed our stay.

Trip Down Memory Lane

The location was perfect - walking distance to 5th Avenue Shops, Old Towne, and Fashion Square. Also super convenient with Circle K, Sprouts, and a bunch of other stores directly across the street. The apartment was clean and comfortable with great pool, hot tub and gym.

Great location

I had booked this for work events going on during WMPO and the Super Bowl. Kevin was great to work with and responsive. His condo is close to Old Town which was where I needed to be. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I’d stay here again.

We were very satisfied with the room. Location worked out very well for us without having a car. The weather could have been better but what ya going to do? Would consider staying again. The pool was very nice and Kevin let us check in early which was very appreciated!

Convenient Location

Positives: This unit is clean and comfortable with covered canopy parking. 5-15 minutes away from great restaurants. Centrally located to spring training camps, golf, and tourist activities. Not fancy by any means but it gets the job done at a reasonable price point.Negatives: Traffic noise, and unfortunately the unit smelled stuffy and old. I mentally couldn't get past this issue every time I entered, therefore the four star rating.

Enjoyed our stay. Great location. Only suggestion would be to include the building #, 5 and the fact you enter the parking lot from Miller Rd., not E. Camelback in the arrival instructions. Wouldn't have been an issue but it was dark and raining when we arrived.

Great PropertyLocation

The location of this property is fantastic. We enjoy walking and many fantastic restaurants are within a 20 minute walk. Close to old Town Scottsdale and the shops and galleries. Property is as advertised for the most part. Amenities are basic and there were a few areas that could have been cleaned better but overall we had a good experience. The host was very responsive.

"Honest Take on a So-So Condo"Honest Take on a So-So Condo!

We rented this condo just minutes from downtown Scottsdale, which was super convenient for restaurants and shopping. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and Kevin was quick to respond. It’s perfect for two people, but I wouldn’t recommend it for four—there’s only one queen bed and an inflatable mattress. Cleanliness was decent, though the air left a dusty feel (maybe the filters need a swap—I’m no expert; it is my first time in Phoenix!). Kevin’s claim of a ‘newly renovated’ space felt off. The carpets are stained and seem to be the source of an odd smell others have mentioned—it hits you when you walk in. We kept the slider open to air it out, but that’s not always an option weather-wise. The queen bed was fine, but the pillows? Huge, stiff, and unusable for me (I skipped them, though most wouldn’t). Temperature control was another issue—chilly at 50F outside, stuffy at 75F. I couldn’t crack that puzzle.The outdoor pool was nice, but get there early—loungers are scarce, and we saw people sprawled on the concrete. I’m long-winded because I value detailed reviews, so I hope this helps!

We really enjoyed our stay in Kevin's condo. He messaged us before we arrived that there was a very minor, temporary issue with the condo. It did not impact our stay, but I appreciated the proactive communication. Very clean and pictures are accurate. Kevin's provided instruction binder was handy and easy to understand. Great location (grocery store, bars, close to lots of restaurants) and once you are in the condo, you would not know the front of the building was on a moderately busy street. There was a little late night activity among other residents/guests (outside of Kevin's control), but I couldn't hear a thing from the bedroom! A great landing spot for spring training fun.

Lovely Stay!

Really enjoyed the stay! It was our first time in Arizona. We loved laying by the big pool and a dip in the hot tub during the day. Everyone we met were very friendly. The condo was perfect for us two, clean, quiet, a balcony to have breakfast on and a grocery store across the street to stock up on breakfast, snack and beverages. We walked into Old Town but had a car rental and enjoyed being close to other parts of Phoenix. Thank you for the accommodations!

Property is in an older development but this unit has been nicely upgraded. Was very functional and in a prime location. Amenities such as pools were great too.

Great Trip!

Kevin's property was just as listed- clean and in a perfect location. The covered parking spot was ideal and we also loved the condo complex's pool. Will definitely be staying here again next time we are in Scottsdale!

Great condo

The condo was very clean.Came in late so I it was hard to find but Kevin helped us quickly find our unit. Air conditioner was loud but still a very nice unit.
