WELCOME TO THE ISLAND! ...Amelia Island! Stunning 3 Bedroom/3 Bath Oceanfront condo with Incredible Ocean Views! Prestigiously located in the private OMNI PLANTATION RESORT. Our condo is beautifully decorated to create a luxurious and relaxing escape. This is perfect for a family occasion or special vacation. Truly a premier condo with amazing ocean views! Please ensure all doors & windows are closed & locked. Safe travels home & we hope you return! :-)

Our beach vacation was perfect! Beverly, the hostess, was always available and answered every question or concern. The property was awesome! They literally thought of everything to make a beach vacation wonderful. The condo was set up perfectly. All beach needs were available for all ages in our group. I definitely recommend this place if you are looking to spend time with your family for a beach vacation!

Beverly was an excellent host, she was so helpful and went out of her way to help when we had a problem with our grandson losing his contact and having to get a new one delivered into the complex. The condo was amazing, every room was relaxing and inviting made you feel at home. The view was amazing, picture perfect. You could feel the love and pride that Beverly and her family take in owning their beautiful condo.

The unit was clean and very cutely decorated with a beach theme. Love how well stocked the kitchen was. They have spices, crockpot, cookware and just about everything you need if you want to cook. Balcony has a beautiful view of the beach. Beverly was very helpful and responsive. She even gave us extra time to check out. Would definitely come back and stay here again!

My husband, Joe, and I love a good beach vacation! Unfortunately so many places have become so over commercialized. We loved the unspoiled beaches of Amelia Island (especially in the Omni Resort development where we are located) that we decided to buy our place. Our goal is to some day move there when we retire. Until then, we love sharing our place to allow other beach goers to have an incredible beach vacation. I love hosting and try to pay attention to the smallest of details. I encourage guests to call me with any questions so I can help to make their vacation a special, memorable one!!

Why they chose this property

We had been looking to buy a beach home for awhile. We searched all along the gulf coast, west coast and east coast of Florida before visiting Amelia Island. We noticed immediately that this area was different from the rest. The people are so welcoming and friendly, the beaches are beautiful, and we really enjoyed the downtown Fernandina area for shopping and dining. The easy access to the Jacksonville airport makes it easy to get in and out. There is also an executive airport on Amelia Island.
There is a relaxed, small sea-side town feeling to the area that we love! We definitely fell in love with the Omni Plantation Resort area and all of the amenities that it has. It is so beautifully landscaped, and has incredible restaurants and shopping opportunities, golf, bike/walking trails, golf cart trails, miniature golf, fishing, kayaking, horseback riding and don't forget THE BEACH!

What makes this property unique

We looked at numerous places on the island but knew immediately when we walked into 1370 Shipwatch that our search was over. This condo was THE ONE. The views from the living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom are beautiful, we really like the open and spacious floorplan, and the upgrades throughout are wonderful. There is a King Sized Bed in the Master Bedroom, a King Sized bed in the 2nd bedroom and 2 queen beds in the large 3 bedroom (same size room as the master). We enjoy the gorgeous sunrises from the large balconies off the LR/DR and also the private master bedroom.
